Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!

Idyllically located, near The Two Moors Way and Dartmoor. Ideal for an overnight stop between London and Cornwall. Large accommodation space, peaceful setting surrounded by lovely gardens. Great size bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath/shower room. Large open plan living and kitchen area. Infants of less than two years old welcome, sharing their parents’ bedroom space. Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.

Kick back and relax in this light and breezy sanctuary ideal for adults only ( not suitable for 0-12 ) on the edge of Braunton, with its variety of stylish shops, bars and restaurants and 2 easy miles from the fabulous stretch of Saunton Sands. A comfortable well-maintained home with private parking, good sized garden with outdoor seating, hammock, lockable shed and no passing traffic. Open plan living/ dining/ kitchen and a bedroom and bathroom.

We hope that you maybe able to park your car on arrival and not need to use it again during your stay. Access up the lane next to the house to wonderful panoramic walks and views of Baggy Point. We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
