This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, where we got messages from Dean on time and with all the right information. Quick to respond and always helpful. Location was ideal, short over head rail journey from central London, it was quiet and easy to commute. Flat was clean and very presentable - exactly like the photos. Garden was a bonus for a peaceful coffee in the morning! Checkin and out was easy!

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

The house was cosy and the beds comfy. We enjoyed a walk to the seafront area and a drive to the picturesque South Downs. We had a lovely, relaxed weekend break - thank you!

We had a perfect stay at Megan’s place. Nice drive through the area very picturesque and quiet which is what we was looking for. We arrived at the house spotlessly clean, Spacious with everything you could need! Amazing tv (we couldn’t actually believe the size of it!) the garden topped it off completely, a sun trap which we relaxed on the rattan sofa had a dip in the hot tub and chilled till the sun went down. Comfy cosy bed, good nights sleep to wake up with the birds chirping away and another dip in the hot tub before we left and as it being a Sunday Megan suggested we stay an hour later to have a little lay in, Megan is a great host, friendly and very accommodating. We will 100% be back xx

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay. Beautiful home and the garden was abit of a sun trap! Me, my partner and our pup absolutely loved it.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Thank you Dan for making our stay a great one⭐️

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

Really enjoyed stay at Tom’s. He was very responsive, flexible and communicative. Especially appreciated Tom being amenable and empathetic to a last minute crisis we went through after check out & would highly highly recommend anyone to stay. Thank you Tom again

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir waren zu viert und hatten auch ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Natalie hatte einen Grundstock an Kaffee und Milch bereitgestellt. Das war super. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Viele Restaurants und Cafes sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Auch einen Supermarkt gibt es direkt in der Nähe. Und zum Meer sind es maximal fünf Minuten zu Fuss. Alles in der Wohnung war sauber und die Einrichtung in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Wir fanden die Wohnung auch nicht laut. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Wir haben den Wagen deshalb im Parkhaus in der Norton Road geparkt. Das war sind immerhin gut 20 Minuten zu Fuss und es ist auch nicht billig. Wir empfehlen unbedingt die PayByPhone-App. Alles in allem war das ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
