Wonderful well equipped house in a peaceful, beautiful location. Jim and Debbie are very responsive, kind and full of fantastic recommendations. We picked the perfect place to stay for an entire month. We highly recommend this property.

The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The place was immaculate! We booked on short notice and arrived with everything taken care off. We were there in the “off season” must only get better “in season”.

Debbie was responsive, friendly and very accommodating. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Everything was as advertised and our expectations were met or exceeded. We would definitely stay here again.

Our only regret is that we didn’t have longer to enjoy the beautiful and homey apartment and absolutely breathtaking surroundings! John does such a wonderful job making sure the apartment is clean, inviting, and well stocked with everything you might need. We got a great night’s sleep in the very comfortable beds. On top of all of that, he is warm and friendly and it’s very apparent he loves being a host. Thank you, John!! We hope to have the opportunity to stay again, only for more than a quick visit next time!

Fantastic and cozy house right off the beaten path of Lake Seneca wine trails. Perfect spot to stay while enjoying the wineries and lake activities, yet private and secluded with amazing views. The hosts are amazing and very welcoming. They had everything laid out and ready for us when we arrived and made us feel like home. Highly recommend this spot to enjoy all the wineries around the lake as well as local hiking trails and Watkins Glen State Park.

A Place With A View was the perfect description. You could see Seneca Lake from inside, the covered porch, the firepit and the hot tub. We had a problem with the TV our first night. Dan called us immediately to try to work us through the problem. When it could not be corrected, Dan came the next day and fully addressed the problem. It is a great location for wineries, breweries and restaurants. Lots of plugs in the bedroom made easy use of our phone chargers and medical devices. Loved the two Lazy Boy sofas! Ability to use the carport was a real plus as they were calling for severe storms and possible hail on our first night. Would definitely return again. Dan and his wife were great hosts and appreciate them sharing their home with us.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Jan's Lake Ontario Style House! This beautiful, quintessential home embodies the perfect vacation feel and boasts stunning views of the lake. The property is amazing, and the high-end hot tub house with its incredible view is a real highlight of the stay-- perfect for a relaxing retreat, especially in March when it's cold and gloriously windy! The house itself is beautifully appointed, with every amenity you could need. Don't worry if you think you’ve forgotten something—Jan has provided everything you could imagine! The kitchen was a joy for both cooking and baking, and the dining room offered spectacular views to enhance every meal. Jan was an exceptional host, sending us daily recommendations that led us to wonderful antique shopping and cozy cafes. We also enjoyed a short drive to Rochester, just over 30 minutes away, where we explored museums and had an amazing meal at a local restaurant. We hope to be back soon!

Such a great atmosphere; we loved having more space to host our family. The view of the lake was beautiful, and even though it was rainy during our trip, the inside had plenty to offer. The space was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe and inviting. Vincent is a great host and answered any questions we had with quick responses. Our kids really loved it and are already asking when we can go back!

The house was perfect! Seems to be an all season location. Fantastic access to Hamilton and Colgate. Also great location for discovering restaurants and activities beyond Hamilton. Can’t wait to visit again!
