Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

Meine Frau gibt gerne Griechisch- und Kochungerricht! Unsere Wohnung ist direkt am Meer und wir haben die Kyma, aus griech. Welle genannt. Ανεξάρτητο Studio με πατάρι, το διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται στον ισόγειο χώρο και τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια σε πατάρι, μπάνιο, κουζίνα, άνετη αυλή μπροστά στη θάλασσα και στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται δίπλα στην ταβέρνα Αύρα και είναι πολύ εύκολο να το εντοπίσετε. Πλεονέκτημα του σπιτιού, βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα.
