The Apartment has a parking space to the rear, which is a highly sought after commodity in the busy season. The apartment suits couples and small families and enjoys views across the town and out to sea, taking in sunset.

It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. It contains everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wi-fi & smart TV. Private parking to rear. No cleaning fees. The coastal footpath is just outside our front gate. You will never tire of the view; it will keep you spellbound.

Stunning Cornish home by the sea in Crantock

It's beautiful, spacious and peaceful set in the conservation area of Crantock. There's great views from the property with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just lying on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

There are bars and restaurants within walking distance and the town centre is a km away.

There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! High specification two bedroom cottage on the edge of Crantock. Rural setting with fantastic outlook but still close enough to the village to stroll to the pubs, shop and beautiful Crantock beach. The Cottage has been furnished to a very high standard. Exclusive use of a large garden and bbq area, as well as plenty of parking space. We can only offer 7 day bookings during the school summer holidays (Friday changeover).
