This was the perfect place for three friends who write and workshop together online to gather in person. The main room of the house is filled with light and what I didn't realize from the listing is the beautiful view from the living/dining room down to the river. The kitchen is well supplied and every room was very clean and uncluttered. The three bedrooms on the first floor are all very nice, with good beds and pillows (one is slightly larger with a king-sized bed), so we were able to decide on our rooms painlessly and none of us had to settle for an inferior room. The large dining table was perfect for spreading out our work as well as for dining, and one of us enjoyed having the furnished basement as her private work space. When we had a problem with hearing a beeping noise, which we initially thought might be a smoke detector battery that needed replacing, Bob was very responsive and helpful in figuring out the cause of the beeping from a motion detector. We plan to come again.

This house was spotless. Everything felt clean, the beds, the bathrooms. 5 bedrooms all nice size and clean. No carpets which is fantastic when you allow dogs. So happy to bring my two Bostons. Plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. Nice backyard and neighborhood. AC worked great. The only thing I would recommend is a door on the outside shower. From CT and we don’t have outdoor showers so it would have been nice to have everyone shower outside. Other than that it was perfect for my family. Loved having the bikes ! Jackie left us wine and snacks totally appreciate it. We had a great week.

Peter was super helpful and responsive when we had questions. lovely space with great proximity to the beach!

The house was clean, roomy, and everything worked well. The nearby playground and beach on Narrow River were clean and fun for kids. The backyard with numerous shade trees provided a quiet environment. Th neighbors were friendly. The location was close to many places we wanted to visit including beaches, restaurants, and parks.

Our time at the house was incredible. Directions very easy to follow, house was very clean and the location was amazing. I’d highly recommend staying at this house!

Amelia’s place was perfect for our stay. We loved the beautiful decor and the outdoor spaces to hangout with friends. We would definitely go back again.

Wonderful stay for our family, peaceful but great proximity to the cape and Boston. Tiverton had plenty to do on days we wanted to stay home. Macy has the house stocked with everything we needed and then some. We look forward to returning!

Cute and cozy place at a perfect location. Was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Unfortunately it rained for our stay, but the balcony would have been a nice area to relax and have our morning coffee.

The apartment is spacious, cute and well equipped. Sean was very responsive via email and text and flexible about the check-in time, which was helpful. The neighborhood is great and Sean provided useful recommendations in his guide.

Kevin was clear on instructions from the start of the reservation to the end. He was responsive the couple times I did message him. The place was clean. my peers enjoyed it no complaints. The house was Also close to the location that we needed it to be close by. everything was good no complaints

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

It was a really great place to stay. Nice and spacious. Really comfy feel. I will rebook this again in the future. One thing that the host couldn’t control is tight parking if you have large vehicle.

Brennans place was excellent, truly I don’t think you can find a better location in the city. Super walkable, spectacular view from the roof and if you have a dog plenty of parks and green space around. Marco’s sandwich shop is right beside Brennans place and is a reallly good option for breakfast or lunch. Brennan was super friendly and a great host.

Perfect space for a family of 4 and friend attending the Newport marathon. Small kitchenette great for light meals plus 2 bathrooms were clean and met our needs. Great location for exploring the city and surrounding areas.

Hard to find a place that is awesome for both location and quietness. Pelham Court is it! It’s walking distance to all of the big restaurants and night life spots but the rooms are super quiet at night. Very clean and spacious too. Would definitely come back

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had a lot of character and charm, not to mention very clean. Trip and Christina were thoughtful hosts who went above and beyond with special touches like extra toiletries. The location was perfect—close to downtown and within walking distance of some great breakfast spots, which was ideal for morning walks with our dog. We'd definitely stay here again!

Such a cute place to stay! Walkable to downtown as well as Brown University. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. The property was clean and beautiful. As others mentioned, we could hear the renters upstairs, but this should be expected for any similar home. It had so much character. We loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again if back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the amazing shower! Fellow women with different types of showers, this is the everything shower DREAM! But don’t want to wash your hair? There are 3 shower heads so you can avoid the waterfall shower head. Legit using this shower as inspiration for our bathroom remodel we were already planning!

We stayed at Liliane’s townhouse/apartment for my best friend’s bachelorette party and it was truly just wonderful. It is in the absolute most perfect location close to shopping, great restaurants and fun places for night life! We were able to walk everywhere. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and beautiful. The rooftop terrace was my favorite part as well as the comfortable beds. Check in was super easy and I felt very safe. 10/10 recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in Newport! I couldn’t have chosen a better place! The hosts are super friendly too.

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!

truly cannot beat the location if you are visiting college hill or downtown providence! took 12 mins to walk from the convention center bus stop and 3 mins to brown's main green

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!
