Great location on the East Side of Providence, very walkable to Brown and nearby dining options within a 10 minute walk. Easy drive to anywhere in Providence. Very clear communication + instructions for the apartment.

Beautifully decorated and great use of space! Exactly as pictured and described! Comfortable felt right at home and the little snack basket and drinks on arrival was a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again when I am in the area!

Steven could not have been nicer or more responsive. I needed a quick and simple place to stay while visiting my daughter at URI. Felt comfortable as a single female.

Really easy to book and S kept communication simple and easy. We have a seen a lot of bait and switches with the other owners of Wyndham properties in Newport. S was upfront and got us the space we wanted. The property is under construction so there were some issues with that, but it’s ending in September so future renters should be able to enjoy renovated pools and common spaces. Overall a great stay at a nice property. Thank you S!

We loved our stay at The Wyndham Long Wharf. Maxx upgraded our accommodation to a 2 bedroom (thank you!). Checking in was easy at the front desk, free parking, 2 pools, game room, hot tubs, and a welcome reception for guests. Park and walk to all of Newport. Across the street the Wyndham has a roof top terrace - not to be missed. It was a great homebase to see all of Newport!

Clean and ample room for one or two guests. Good location with some neat areas in walking distance.

George’s place was nice for getting some work done and was in walking distance of both the training sessions I had to attend this week, and a variety of dining options. Kitchen had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. I definitely recommend this apartment if you want a quiet spot that right in the middle of things.

Great location, and having access to the gym was amazing. We loved the modern vibe of the apartment and building. The mattresses were fantastic!

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

Beautiful location right on the marina in downtown Newport! The place was wonderful and just steps from all of the restaurants and shops in Newport!

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!

Andy's a great host and the Onshore is a great property. We look forward to returning in future years!

We loved our stay! It was in the perfect spot we needed it to be. It was clean, easy to find, and easy to check in/out. Tim was responsive and helped us with any questions we had. I highly recommend this air bnb. It was a beautiful home!

Beautiful house that was well equipped and provides great views from all desks. Multiple levels offer personal space for larger groups.

We really enjoyed our short stay! Location was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The ping pong table in the basement was a hit with the kids.

We enjoyed a short, pleasant stay at The Nautical Nest. We brought two granddaughters for a school vacation week getaway. Melissa’s place was clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient for outings to Newport, Watch Hill, and Providence. We highly recommend Mellisa’s home for a stay in southern Rhode Island!

Great place if you want peaceful and private getaway. Looked like photos, plenty of space and everything you need for a family stay. I appreciated having washer/dryer, detergent, all Possible kitchen utensils etc. also has great fun playing ping pong and pool in the basement. There are kayaks, private pier, fire pit. I would come back

Island Breeze was a dream come true. The house was spacious, clean and welcoming. The outdoor space was just as beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even my nine-year-old grandson gave it a top rating! We will definitely return to Island Breeze as we visit our family in Rhode Island.

This was our second time staying at Joshua and Amanda’s home and we loved it so much. The house is perfect for our whole family to gather and great with two toddlers. The property is private and peaceful, the kitchen is great for cooking big family dinners, and the beds are comfy! We love exploring Little Compton and Tiverton — the house is convenient to the Art Café, park, tennis courts, playground, and trails. It’s a quick ride to the beach and Four Corners. Great for a family or anyone looking for a serene retreat. We’ll be back!
