We are located less than 1 km from the sea and the bustling main street with it's enviable selection of bars, restaurants, pubs, and cafes. We are 1.5km from Tinakilly House Hotel.

Horsebox & Sauna River Beach Glendalough Ireland

An Capall (meaning Horse in Irish language) is a beautifully converted Horse Lorry currently out to grass overlooking a meandering river, nestled near Glendalough in the Wicklow Mountains. Our Wooden Bedford Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted to house a King Size bed upper deck plus a single bunk. Guests have private access to our river beach, firepit & BBQ. In addition you can book a private Finnish Sauna & River Plunge experience in our converted horse box (at an extra charge).

The Granary

Take a break and unwind in the beautiful Wicklow Mountains at this cosy cottage with views overlooking a meadow where cows and sheep may often be your neighbours. The possibilities are endless with Roundwood and Glendalough so close, you can go for a hike or enjoy some food and drink at one of the great pubs and restaurants local to the area. Set on the grounds of a 200 acre working farm, Park Lodge Cottage dates back to 1760. This newly renovated cottage has maintained the handcrafted oak trusses originally sourced from Coolattin estate, making this an impressive and welcoming space. This beautiful cottage, includes a kitchen/ living area with its own wood burning stove, a double and twin bedroom with separate bath room and utility . This is a self-catering holiday property; guest will have the property to themselves.

We are located in Ballycoogue, Woodenbridge, over looking the stunning Woodenbridge Golf Club.We are an hours drive from Dublin in off peak times, 10 minutes from Avoca, Aughrim and Annacurragh villages and a stones throw away from Clone House, Clonwilliam, Woodenbridge hotel and not too far from the Brooklodge and Ballybeg Country House. We are 25 minutes from Glendalough.
