"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Spacious and modern home perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience. The kitchen/dining is now upgraded for 2025 to air conditioning. Blackwater was voted Wexford's tidiest town in 2023 & 2024. Our home is secluded private 3/4 acre elevated site with sea views, ample parking and not overlooked. Ballyconnigar beach 4 min drive(Curracloe 10 min). Wexford town 20 min drive. Hotel, 2 Pubs and Supermarket 4 min walk from house.

Walk the towpaths of Borris, venture up Mt Leinster, enjoy the quaint pubs of Clonegal. Kilkenny City is a must.

Tinnaberna View: Beautiful bungalow on a very spacious site with picturesque countryside views all around. Very sunny patio and living room / kitchen area with sea view. 15 minutes walk to Tinnabearna Beach, very quiet road. The house is very warm, built with the newest energy standards.
