E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The salmon jump, and it's not unusual to see otters frolicking. The country walks include one of your own - a twenty-minute stroll around the property - with stunning views over the river and the castle and folly on the bank opposite.

It’s located on Windmill Hill and has breathtaking views over the Blackwater River Estuary. The cottage is a two-minute walk to the Mall beach and is a scenic 15 minute walk to the three blue flag beaches . It is also a short walk to historical landmarks such as the Clockgate Tower, the Old Town walls ,Restaurants , cafes, bars and the cinema .

Just 10min by car from Waterford city, 25min from Kilkenny city, 20min to New Ross and 30min to Tramore. Come back after a day exploring to sit outside by the fire pit, have a nice hot bath or just enjoy the upstairs view of the Comeragh Mountains.
