We had a wonderful stay. It was just what we were looking for - well equipped, peaceful, off the beaten path, clean, comfortable, traditional country character with the right modern amenities.

Lovely house in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Andrew was super helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. The house was so private and tranquil, really good space to get away from it all. Would highly recommend.

Justina was a fantastic host, very welcoming and she called in shortly after we arrived to ensure that we knew how everything worked, including the TV. We had everything we could possibly need for a very relaxing stay which was just what we all needed. Even though there were plenty of places to eat out in the evenings nearby, apart from a day trip out to the coast, we chose to eat back at the cottage as it was so easy to buy very good quality local fresh food that suited everyone’s dietary needs was a real added bonus. Sitting out in the early evening overlooking the lake was delightful and relaxing. There was lots of places in the area relating to the local and national history of Ireland which were great to visit and enjoy. Hopefully we will come back to the area to explore even more of them and would definitely book Key Cottage again.

Andy’s cottage is very well furnished. You can find everything you need for short stays. Rooms, kitchen, bathroom, linens were clean. Heating works propperly. Only Wifi needs to be improved.

This house definitely has to be one of the best locations for a property, down a quiet country lane with a private pier onto Lough Ree, it was breathtaking! Judith was so lovely to deal with and quick at responding to messages. They left us clear directions for using all of the items in the house and we had a lovely time. Perfect house to bring doggos and kids. We had our kayaks and SUPS to make use of the lake and were able to watch the sunset from the pier, a perfect weekend. We'll definitely be saving this house for future trips! Thanks so much Chris & Judith!

We had such a lovely stay at this cosy house just outside Roscommon city. The view was beautiful, the area was so peaceful, and we really enjoyed the amazing sunsets. The garden is huge (perfect for relaxing) and the house felt very spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was there and everything was just great. It’s a nice place to unwind, and also very central for exploring the nearby towns. Thank you again for the wonderful Irish hospitality — we hope to come back next time! 10 out of 10!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place ❤️ we were blessed with the weather and enjoyed the beautiful private garden. The house was very cosy and well equipped, and Sara was very responsive, kind, and accommodating in helping us prepare for our stay. A great place to go and switch off and recharge!

Such a wholesome hideaway nestled in nature. Caroline’s retreat was a last minute booking for us as we were exploring Ireland by car but Caroline was incredibly adaptive to the booking. Our stay was nothing shy of beautiful and bliss, waking up to the sounds of farm life is SO cute and we felt so relaxed during this stay with everything we needed including some thoughtful chocolate treats for birthday boy! Would highly recommended

Angela’s accommodation at Kilduff’s Farmhouse is well equipped with everything you’ll need, it is well appointed, warm and comfortable. As the name suggests, the setting is rural and quiet. Be aware shops and facilities are all a drive away, so plan accordingly. We found excellent restaurants and bars in the area, all run by engaging, welcoming locals. Angela’s communications were spot on and prompt. We enjoyed our stay and commend Kilduff’s Farmhouse to you.

Ich habe sehr meinen ersten Aufenthalt in Irland bei Fynn genossen. Die Unterkunft ist so wie sie beschrieben und fotografiert ist. Der Hund Freya ist sehr freundlich und verspielt. Die beiden Jungs (11 und 13 Jahre) haben es genossen sich auf dem Gelände zu bewegen und die auch die niedlichen Schafe mit Lämmern zu füttern. Von Dublin Airport benötigt man mit dem Auto ungefähr 2 Stunden und 15 Minuten, bis an die Westküste nach Sligo ca. 1 Stunde. Unsere Besuche der Arigna Mountain Experience (Steinkohlebergwerk) sowie des Lough Key Forest and Activity Park waren sehr schön und weiter zu empfehlen. Fynn ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und ermöglichte uns sogar einen gemütlichen Feuerabend auf dem Farmgelände.

A lovely house in a lovely setting

2nd time visiting Beech Lodge, always exceeds expectations. Great stay, John and Rose are very good hosts. Such a peaceful location, very relaxing and very convenient to Carrick on Shannon and Jamestown. Very clean house and great facilities. Nice touch with milk and breakfast items provided also. Would highly recommend to stay here.

The location is great it’s right beside restaurants and bars, everything is within walkable distance. The airbnb was exactly as described and Fiona was very helpful and responsive and she even provided a list of local things to do. Highly recommend!

Our family stayed there with a friend for 2 nights, we had a great time in this log cabin and out in the garden. Great for kids and Niamh is very friendly and organized. The place is neat and cosy. Strongly recommend.

Ontzettend mooie omgeving, met een korte wandeling van 1,5 km over het terrein langs stieren en ezels. Onze kinderen van 4 en 6 vonden het fantastisch om in de coach te slapen en speelden dat ze op vakantie gingen. Leuk dat je nog achter het stuur kon zitten.

Lisa was a fantastic host. She brought us to and from the train station which was extremely kind and helpful. We also got to meet pixie the cutest little dog. Myself and my girlfriend had a lovely time. The summer house was perfect, kitchen and bathroom were spotless and there was tea, milk, soap etc everything you’d need if you came with nothing. It’s also extremely relaxing looking over the lake in the hot tub. Thanks again Lisa!!

We enjoyed our stay it was just what we needed after a busy weekend. The hot tub was 10/10 it was nice to get away and relax and just enjoy the peace and quietness. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were so unique I loved the cutouts on the wall. Would definitely go back when the weather picks up again !

Really loved my stay at the Shepherds hut with my dog Cara. Lisa is an amazing host who is very responsive and helpful. The hut itself is beautifully decorated, has everything you need and is a beautiful setting. Recommend!
