Our Beautiful Little Shepherd's Hut is situated on private land, with trees, ponds, and a river. A 5 minutes walk down the track (a little challenging coming back up) You are in a quiet peaceful area, within walking distance of the Co-Op, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers, 2 cafes, and 2 Pubs. Our beautiful shepherd's hut sits in four acres of secluded woodland in rural Hexhamshire. Enjoy the peaceful solitude, with glimpsed views through the mature oaks onto the North Pennines. Surrounded by miles of footpaths, bridleways and moorland, there are walking, cycling and riding options in every direction. Nearby rural pubs offer delicious local ales and fantastic food; or try some home raised, rare breed pork over the firepit grill, then a drink on the raised deck in the evening sun.

Situated beneath an old Elm tree this bespoke Shepherd's Hut is surrounded by wonderful views of Teesdale that can be enjoyed from the comfort of the hut, relaxing in the wood fired hot tub or sitting around the fire pit. This Hut encourages indulgence as well as simple living. Sumptuous interiors, good sized bathroom with a heated towel rail. A generous dining table and comfortable upholstered chairs. Fully equipped bijou kitchen, comfy king sized bed and electric heating for extra cosiness.

Jessie's Hut

Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut offers a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format --- we charge an additional £10 per night for the bunk, this is added automatically when you book for 3 people. There is a shower room and a kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Fully insulated with central heating the hut is cosy warm at any time of year. We are situated in the Upper Eden Valley, between the Lake the District and the Yorkshire Dale's National Parks and close to the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
