Located on the Wild Atlantic Way, close to magnificent beaches and the Burren and Cliffs of Moher Geopark. Forty minutes drive from Kilkee and the Loop Head Peninsula. Convenient for outdoor and all water activities.

Loughatorick North (Eircode H62WV60) is THE location for guests that want to escape the everyday buzz. Off the beaten track but within reach of the 'Wild Atlantic' West-Coast, historic sites in East Galway & Clare, Lough Derg and the wildlife of Sliabh Aughty. We are next to Lough Atorick for swimming or fishing. The Barn is self catering and equiped for preparing simple meals, but we are happy to help out with fresh vegetables from the garden or with easy directions to the nearest restaurant!

You are going to stay in our small but cozy guest house in the middle of the country site in the village of Birdhill. Its a self contained guest house with a kitchen/living room, small double bedroom and bathroom. We are conveniently located only 10 min away from M7 motorway (exit 27), and 20 min away from Limerick City. Shannon airport 40 min drive. Killaloe/ Ballina which is located only 10min drive from our house is one of the most picturesque village attractions with plenty of restaurants.

Detached, modern studio outhouse

This little wooden house in the middle of the Clare Mountains is the perfect getaway for one or two nature loving people. You are surrounded by peace and tranquillity, beautiful hiking routes and the medieval town of Killaloe on the shores of the Shannon and Lough Derg is nearby. Inside this private hideout there is one bedroom and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a mini kitchen with a fridge, an induction hob and a microwave for preparing easy and basic meals.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The chalet is nestled at the foot of Oughtmama Mountain amongst ash, hazel, and whitethorn trees. It's the perfect location for walking on the Burren pavement, caving, rock climbing, foraging on the shore, or swimming in the Atlantic. You can enjoy a delicious meal and a pint in one of the many great pubs or restaurants in the area, or you can shop in one of the local farmer's markets and cook up a storm in the chalet.

There's lots to do locally, with beaches nearby, and a short walk will bring you to the heart of this colourful village, with lively pubs, good restaurants, Irish music. Kinvara is an ideal base to explore The Burren.
