Summerchase Condominium is in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama right on the Gulf of Mexico. This 10th floor condo has fabulous unobstructed views of the gulf looking east and west! Our condo is the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plan that Summerchase has to offer. The condo has been updated with a beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms. It has a leather sleeper sofa and loveseat in the living room. The facility is a low density building with two elevators to get you to the beach faster!

The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the living area with a counter high bar with 4 stools and a dining table. Your private balcony is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing or watching sunsets!

Relax on the private balcony and watch the boats cruise by as time passes by and stress melts away. The private marina is available to guests for $50 daily or $250 weekly, which includes power, water, fish cleaning station and private boat launch. Walk less than 10min to the nearby Cotton Bayou Public Beach access.

Grand Caribbean is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located directly across from the beach and in the area of the hottest new dining venue, COASTAL. It is on the 3rd floor, with 2 elevators. Beautiful Gulf views. It has a queen bedroom with TV, built in hall bunk beds and a sleeper sofa to sleep 6. Bathroom has a shower and tub combo. Living room has a 70" mounted Smart TV, Kitchen is fully stocked also has a full-size washer and dryer. Complex features: easy beach access in the Ala State Park!

Charcoal grills, pool, and fitness room on site. Full kitchen, balcony with beach view. Great 2 to 30 day getaway with ling term stays available. Sorry, no vaping, or pets.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
