Weslena’s place was perfect. We cooked a lot and it had everything you needed to prepare meals. The house was clean and fresh. When we messaged she responded right back in a timely manner 😊 Her house was set up perfectly with everything you could need! Pop's Place: Unique luxury on White River!

My husband and I drove from Georgia to visit our son and his fiancée and stayed at Pops Place. This beautifully home is situated in a private setting with walkable access to the white river. My husband and son were able to fish while I relaxed on the back porch area and watch from a distance of them making memories that will last a lifetime. My son will be relocating to Arkansas when he gets married in the fall so we are soaking up every minute and making as many memories as we can. Pops Place will forever be our favorite spot to stay when we visit. This home exceeded our expectations!! Thank you to George and his team for making our stay memorable. We will see you soon. Downtown Cotter Retreat - Gorgeous Outdoor Space!

The house was very clean and we loved the back deck. We came to hike the area so didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house, but it did meet all of our expectations. The Sands restaurant had a good breakfast and they were only a couple of minutes down the road. All in all we had a great time hiking the area and would stay here again in the future to maybe float the river and do more hiking.

What a great place!! Far exceeded expectations! Very nice, well decorated and renovated. Clean and has all the amenities you need for a fun weekend! Owners/managers were very attentive and we had an incredible time! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

House minutes to White River & Cotter Big Spring

The house in Cotter was the perfect place for my son and I to fish the White River. This is the second year in a row that we stayed there. Two separate bedrooms, living room with big screen TV and a great kitchen that we cooked early morning breakfast before the day of fishing. I hope to be able to stay here again next year!

The location was great! Being right on the river, we could launch our kayak right from the backyard. The area is super quiet. I loved looking out the windows on the back of the house - such a beautiful view!

The kitchen is really well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes, wine and drink glasses. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. It looks just as the photos show. We were very pleased with the view of the river and the plentiful song birds. If you like to fish. This is the place for you!

This cabin was absolutely lovely. It was exactly as described & had small touches that made it more like home. We were fortunate to meet Travis & his son-which was great to put faces to names, bend ears for local info, & simply socialize about things in general. Both were very friendly & willing to help in all ways. The only “con” is the driveway-which is still “under construction”. It did make walking in & out a bit challenging for any person with a walking disability. But, knowing that is still underway-we would absolutely rent again!

Being able to walk to the coffee shop, brewery, fly shop, Heidi’s, and more was such a treat. Really saved the day with all the bad weather we had. Also, having a market next door with literally everything was such a treat! Never set foot in a big box store. Ricky is a great host. We will be back.

We had a great stay. The Airbnb is exactly as pictured and described. All the basic necessities for a great stay were provided! The kitchen was well stocked too. The hosts were great and communicated well.

This is a GEM!!! Such a cool space- this former Chevy dealership is renovated perfectly! I highly recommend staying here- the shower is Fantastic! Truly an escape right in for town. Super comfortable, great location, well appointed kitchen, it has everything you need. Thanks for making my visit to mountain home so special with such a great air bnb!

Cotter Trout Lodge was a great place for the adult kids to stay at. (Adult parents stayed at a cottage house nearby.) The kitchen was very cute and we had all the essentials and toiletries Close to the spring park and bridge. Cute local shops.

Great location for fishing. The White Hole boat launch is nearby and a boat dock is included with the cabin. The cabin is roomy and private and the surroundings are beautiful.

Heron house is amazing! Just sit on the patio and watch the river, or go down to the shore and put a hook in the water. It was so relaxing. The house itself is very well stocked with condiments and seasonings. There was a welcome snack basket, fresh flower bouquet, plus fresh milk in the refrigerator. Chris and Margo are absolutly the best hosts! Thank you so much for a great getaway!

Wonderful stay! Had a great view of the river and great access to the river! We were able to fish off the bank and put our kayaks in the river at the house! Super roomy home for 2 families! The neighborhood and location was perfect!

This is a neat place when staying near Bull Shoals Lake/White River area! Greg was very responsive when I had a question upon our arrival into town and was accommodating with my request. The space has just what you need for a stay at the Lake. Kitchen is stocked well and layout of space is nice with thoughtful but minimal decor. We did not get the opportunity to use any of the shared spaces during our stay, but it appeared to be a nice area with what you needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental to anyone looking in the area!

We are in the process of relocating from Florida to Arkansas. Being able to stay here made the transition so much easier. We had our elderly parents with us this time and the space was perfect. We all felt right at home.
