Self contained annex with own entrance & parking.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

The Bothy, converted from a grain store on a working farm at Wilcote Manor, in a quiet, beautiful hamlet on the edge of the Cotswolds - fabulous walks from the door. The Bothy is stone built, situated by the farm barns and parking outside. The ground floor rooms overlook the gardens of Wilcote Manor. Tennis court-just ask, pool if open and free The Bothy is decorated in neutral colours, good ceiling heights & original beams with open plan living room, sofabed, 2 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Large single lodge located on the edge of a traditional orchard on our fruit and vegetable farm. Far reaching views across the Vale of Evesham to the Cotswolds. Large deck area and enclosed garden with adjacent parking. Off road walking routes to local villages. Near Evesham and Pershore, Stratford, Worcester and Cheltenham half an hour away. But the best idea is just to relax and enjoy the view. Welcome pack of basic provisions, ie tea, coffee etc. Pets welcome for a small additional charge

It’s a cosy and warm . recently renovated , spacious duplex apartment right in the centre of Broadway. Amazing sight seeing, walking , upmarket shopping and Michelin starred restaurants within walking distance ; there’s even a hose for your dog and wellies ! Backing onto the footpath to Broadway Tower this is a destination and a half !

Birmingham is also accessible via direct train from the village station a 5 minute walk away. Mount Cottage has off street parking and EV charge point.

Stone Barn is a light and airy contemporary barn conversion with a wonderful open-plan living space, situated just outside the picturesque village of Upper Swell and within two miles of the popular market town of Stow-on-the-wold. The cottage also has shared access to 12 acres of grass and woodland which you are free to roam at will, within the shared grounds are a tennis court, badminton court and games room which can be used whenever.
