Côte-d'Or: soggiorni in castelli

Geweldige kamer in geweldig kasteel. Het kasteel wordt in ere gerestaureerd en het is heel interessant daar in de vorm van foto’s en informatieboeken in alle ruimtes van het gebouw te lezen. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf !!

Xavier was fabulous & responsive. It was a great place to make our home base for 4 nights.

Wer den Luxus des 21.Jahrhunderts sucht, sollte nicht hierher kommen. Geschirrspühler und Lift suchst du hier vergeblich... Wer sich auf eine Übernachtung in einem 600-jährigen Schloss freut, ist hier genau richtig. Das Gebäude mit den drei Touristen-Unterkünften wurde kürzlich sehr schön renoviert. Die Dachwohnung hat als einzige keine alten Fresken, da sie erst kürzlich als Wohnung ausgebaut wurde. Dafür hat man durch die kleinen Fenster eine schöne Aussicht auf das Anwesen... Xavier ist ein wandelndes Lexikon. Sein Buch über die Gegend findet man in den umliegenden Touristen-Informationen. Sein Frühstück ist fantastisch. Wir haben Ausflügen in die Grotte Bèze, zum Schloss Rosière, zum Schloss Champlitte (Museum), zum Seilpark von Langres und zum Parc de Loisirs de Charmeval in Violot gemacht. Die Ferien bei Xavier sind der ganzen Familie in bester Erinnerung geblieben. Vielen Dank!

To get to the castle is better to put in the GPS Chateu de Rosieres rather than the address in the description. But even without it is well indicated in the village so we reached we not problems. The minute we walked in we felt very welcomed by Bertrand, he is the kindest host i've met, got even upgraded for free to a better room in the castle instead of in the courtyard. The castle itself feels exactly as you would expect from a medieval castle of the 13th century. Appreciate the tour and booklets about the history. Even if the common spaces may feel a bit unfinished, the rooms were impeccably clean and organized. Also, it is warm and not humid at all. With bad weather outside the bathtub was great to have. We didnt spend much time outside, just enough to meet the donkey and the goat in the back. Very friendly. Great location to have a relaxing weekend, a couple walks in the countryside but also close enough to cities like dijon and besancon. Recommend passing by Beze.

Superbe séjour ! Des jeux en pagaille, comme nous l espérions. Les quadragénaires nostalgiques que nous sommes avons adoré ce we de régression :-)

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. Tout était parfait, le lieu (intérieur et extérieur), les hôtes (gentils et disponibles) Je recommande fortement. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt! Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem traumhaften Schloss verbracht – und es war einfach perfekt. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bis ins Detail liebevoll gestaltet. Die Lage mitten im Grünen lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen ein, was vor allem für unseren Hund ein Highlight war – toll, dass er so herzlich willkommen war! Der gesamte Aufenthalt war absolut unkompliziert, entspannt und angenehm. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Lizzie, die uns herzlich empfangen und während unseres Aufenthalts großartig betreut hat. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit haben alles noch besonderer gemacht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – ein Ort, an den man sich gerne zurückträumt!

Unieke ervaring in met historie doordrenkt kasteel, heel vriendelijke hosts, rondleiding in het kasteel, sfeervolle kamers en vertrekken, prachtige tuin. Absoluut aan te raden.

We were two families with one kid each, the place was just perfect for us. The house was absolutely clean and stunning! It felt so great in it. There are horses in the fields around which adds beauty to the scenery. Totally recommend.

A place like fairy tale. A good combination of history heritage and modern convenience. You have everything you need to leave a mordern life here but in the same time you wake up in a castle life. Simply amazing
