It sits in a walled in compound in the outskirts of town, next to its twin sister, Casita Cotacachi, amongst flowers and trees that attract countless birds, including hummingbirds, butterflies, honey bees, etc. Our casita is also ecofriendly. Casa Verde-Stunning mountains 1.5 hours from Quito

This charming two story cottage, known as Casa Verde, is located on a delightful organic farm 5 minutes outside of Cotacachi (15 minutes from Otavalo and 1.5 hrs from Quito). It is a cozy retreat nestled between the Andes Mountains of Mama Cotacachi and Taita Imbabura with expansive organic vegetable gardens that our guests are welcome to enjoy. One way or roundtrip car service from Quito for additonal fee. No pets allowed.
