Our home which comfortably sleeps 5, is just 1 minute walk from the sea front and 10 minute walk to the centre of Costa Teguise. Playa Bastian offers 3 communal swimming pools and a great tapas bar open throughout the day. The local area is full of fabulous restaurants & bars and further a field there are so many wonderful places to visit.

Casa Perinquén es un apartamento con encanto, situado en la zona sur de la isla, por lo que gozamos del mejor clima. Su ubicación es ideal, está a 6 minutos caminando de la playa, de la avenida marítima peatonal y de la zona de restaurantes. Estamos a unos 15mins caminando del centro del pueblo. Es un apartamento reformado, dentro de una edificación antigua, aportando así carácter y buena ubicación. We set up our cozy apartment “Villa Aqua” with one thing in mind, to create a space we’d love to stay in; with a comfortable sofa, spacious bed, rainfall shower, fully stocked kitchen, relaxing decor and a private covered terrace along with all the basics you need (Salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, body wash, shampoo…) and the not-so-basics such as beach chairs, mats, towels and umbrella. Our villa is your home away from home!
