We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. Great location, lots of pools, gym, parking space. The only drawback for us was the unfunctional lift for over 10 days of our stay, which made our life very difficult, since we were there with a small kid. But it is rather question to the building management, not the host. All the rest was great, really enjoyed our stay in Orihuella and would love to come back.

A super apartment in Santa Pola with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, super market and bakery. Set back from the promenade with a small park in front below meant there's a great view from the balcony with plenty to amuse you as well as the sea. Or you can sit and enjoy the sunshine or wind down the shade if it's too hot. Svetlana kindly collected us from the airport and returned us on departure. She was very friendly and helpful making for a great start to our holiday.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, a lovely location, tight security, and a nice golf course, look no further! Our family of four (including 2 young kids) stayed for a month and loved our visit. The park at the entrance to the resort was a lovely spot. My kids and I enjoyed playing all kinds of make-believe games. Siska is a brilliant host, and responded immediately to each message. Thanks, Siska! I have been to several resorts and this was definitely the most conscientious group of security officers. The whole lot of them were bilingual, and friendly. There were regular patrols. The only drawback is that it is about 15 minutes by car to the nearest town. So, unless you plan to get your groceries at the resort's Spar and "dine out" exclusively at the resort's restaurant, you will want to bring/rent a car.

We had a great stay. Apartment is really nice, well equipped, clean and is very well situated.

We have just spent a fabulous 7 weeks at Gabriel's apartment. As mentioned in previous reviews the apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean & with very modern appliances, truly a home from home.The large terrace was a sun trap, on which we enjoyed many breakfasts. Gabriel & Ana were excellent hosts & very responsive from our initial discussion until our last day, they couldn't have done more to help us acclimatise to Vera Playa & the surrounding areas. The bikes were a nice addition & we used them most days as there are many safe cycle paths in the area. The weather was glorious and we enjoyed many days at the local Sports club in Puerto Rey. There are two big supermarkets within a 5 minute drive & lively bars within walking distance. There are markets every day of the week somewhere in the area & there is a well stocked English library in Mojacar town. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. We will definitely return.

Wat een fijne plek om als uitvalsbasis te hebben voor uitstappen. Het voelde telkens als een beetje 'thuiskomen' na een lange dag. Alles perfect in orde. Bij vragen kregen we ook vlot een antwoord van Maarten en Sophie. Fijn aan het domein is ook dat er continue bewaking aanwezig is en dat er een winkel is die tot laat open is (ideaal na een daguitstap). Wij kwamen rond middernacht aan en kregen hulp om het appartement te vinden en om het juiste slot te vinden. Heel erg fijn. Ook heel leuk waren de mapjes die klaar lagen met mogelijkse bezienswaardigheden. We hadden al een planning opgemaakt maar pikten toch nog wat leuke ideetjes. Wij gaan graag nog eens terug. Want we mochten onze domicilie er nog net niet plaatsen. Merci om mee deel uit te maken van een mooie vakantie.

Estuve con mi familia 1 semana y fue maravillosa, a todos nos encantó nos sentimos como en casa . Joaquín es un gran anfitrión estuvo en todo momento disponible y siempre muy amable. Agradecemos la comodidad y tranquilidad con la que nos hospedamos y esperamos poder volver en otro momento.

Todo genial, Fabrizio super amable, con todas las instrucciones claras y fácil. El alojamiento perfecto, muy cómodo con todas las comodidades y sobretodo tranquilo y silencioso, que es una de las cosas que más valoro.

What an incredible stay! Laura’s place was fantastic, so well equipped with a lovely family feel throughout the house. Stayed there with my partner, my parents and my six month old son and to say that the house exceeded our every expectations would be an understatement! The house was perfect and the outdoor area was a joy to spend time with my family in, the local area of Playa de San Juan was a phenomenal Spanish beach town. Highly recommend Laura’s place and I can’t wait to visit again! One of the best AirBnBs I have ever stayed at!

Мы прекрасно провели месяц в этом доме со своими друзьями. Дом очень комфортный для проживания 2ух семей с детьми. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гостиная очень просторная, в ней широко открываются двери на улицу и на террасу, это создаёт очень приятную атмосферу. Дом находится на горке, из-за этого там прекрасный вид на море и другие дома. Нас встретил и показал дом отец хозяина дома. С ним было очень легко и приятно общаться. Большое вам спасибо. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

Very centrally located, very clean apartment with everything we needed for a two night stay.

Ann’s place was perfect for our needs as we needed a comfortable base to visit family at the Vistabella Golf Urbanisation. The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped. Ann’s communication is excellent, very responsive to our questions and very proactive, as was the interaction with the local contact (Yvette) for support and key hand overs and day-to-day support. Would definitely recommend to others for a peaceful, well equipped holiday home

El apartamento está en una urbanización privada que cuenta con 14 piscinas de agua salada, pero con la que está debajo es más que suficiente . Cuidada y mantenida a diario. El apartamento cuenta con todas la comodidades y aire acondicionado , muy importante en estas fechas. Esta ubicado en un punto que teníamos tanto la costa como Murcia capital a menos de 30'. hemos pasado una días estupendos en el piso de Carmel.

Het appartement was, door de uitleg van Sander, makkelijk te vinden. Er was een uitstekend contact en we voelden ons direct welkom.Het appartement was brandschoon en is modern ingericht. Het is een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Helaas was het nog te koud om te zwemmen. Mooi uitzicht aan beide kanten. Ook heerlijk zijn de schuifdeuren naar een mooi groot en goed ingericht terras met een leuk uitzicht op de golfbaan en omgeving. Heerlijke bedden, complete keuken, uitstekende wifi en het golf resort is goed beveiligd en mooi verzorgd. Vanuit het resort zijn stranden en steden makkelijk bereikbaar. We waren hier 4 weken. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Beautiful apartment with a great garden!

We enjoyed our time here. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool , and we were happy to use the barbecue on the top floor ( beautiful view ). We drove in with two cars , so we were happy to see there were lots of parking opportunities right in front of building. Also being a gated community made us feel safe and not worry about the cars.. David was so helpful and friendly, always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Stället är mycket trevligt inrett, mycket mysigt, du känner dig som hemma. Inrett med kärlek! Allt var superrent också. Du behöver endast ha med dig dina privata saker. Resten hittar du i lägenheten. Från matlagninsredskap till blåsbar pump till pool leksakerna. Sandra är en varm, snäll person. Hon är alltid tillgänglig och tillgänglig om du har frågor. Hon ger också bra tips om saker att gör. Flexibel både med incheckning och utcheckning! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka 🙏🏻❤️
