Moonfall Cottage, A well kept secret in a private country setting; surrounded by trees. The location is close to Rocky top (less than 10 min) sports ctr & Gatlinburg strip. It's only 15 min to Pigeon Forge. Moonfall, is in a quiet, peaceful, serene setting. It's perfect for couples visiting on their honeymoon, or for older guests who use a cane or walker. The cottage also has a queen sized Murphy bed to accommodate up to four guests. During the colder months, snuggle up and enjoy the fireplace!

#3 Ingrid Very cozy and beautiful tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline. Drought can effect levels as it’s a dam system.
