Cortes de Cima: soggiorni in case vacanze

Sehr schöne und stilvolle Unterkunft, die alles hat, was man braucht und auch sehr sauber ist. Durch die schöne Atmosphäre fühlt man sich sofort wohl. An jedes Detail wurde gedacht und geschmackvoll umgesetzt. Zudem offeriert der Gastgeber alles Nötige für eine gute Ankunft: Brot, eine Flasche Wein, Shampoo etc. Alles in Allem der perfekte Aufenthalt, wie man es nur selten erlebt, grosses Kompliment!

We had a lovely stay at Joaquim’s place. It is a large studio space (possibly a former dance studio?), with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the swimming pool and it was so welcome in the heat. Joaquim was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and also provided good information on Moura. The supermarkets are conveniently close at hand, and everything in the town is walking distance. We tried a couple of restaurants - Vermulhudo and André’s - both really good with a lively atmosphere. We climbed to the top of the tower at the castle, had a boat trip at the Alqueva dam, visited the oil press museum and generally enjoyed Moura which is very pretty. Thank you for having us, we would love to come back.

What an amazing house and lovely hosts! We came for my birthday and we were so welcome and looked after. The house is amazing - a dream place with cool interiors and lots of space. The kitchen is really well organised, there’s games and balls, and the pool space large for the kids to find space to play. Lisa and Peter helped with lots of questions (sorry about that!) and were caring and dedicated to our happiness during the stay. Couldn’t recommend enough! Very kind and lovely hosts

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa! A casa é extremamente acolhedora, confortável e decorada com muito bom gosto, com todos os itens que precisávamos para nos sentirmos em casa. A zona exterior e a piscina são fantásticas e ainda fomos surpreendidos com um miminho de boas-vindas, que fez toda a diferença. Recomendo vivamente e espero voltar em breve!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 4 jours entre amis (20 personnes) dans cette villa idéale pour les grands groupes. Elle est très spacieuse, parfaitement équipée et d’une propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée. Joao a été extrêmement réactif, disponible et accueillant. Un grand merci à lui pour sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Très belle maison dans un environnement calme, parfaitement agencée et très bien équipée pour une semaine en famille. Son emplacement géographique est idéal à côté des plages et des différents points d'intérêt. Le service de conciergerie était très réactif et très disponible. Nous recommandons vivement !

We loved staying here. We were able to fully cater for ourselves, have a group dinner every night. Everything worked perfectly.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad bij Frans en Saskia, mooi huisje en een schitterend uitzicht. Het is er heerlijk rustig, je hoort alleen de vogeltjes. Je kunt er prachtig wandelen en de kust is maar een half uurtje rijden. We kregen handige tips van Saskia qua uitjes en restaurantjes. Bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid!!

Casa maravilhosa, com todas as comodidades necessárias, nomeadamente a cozinha. As fotografias retratam exatamente a habitação. Local muito sossegado e a um minuto a pé da rua principal da vila, onde se pode encontrar farmácia, mini-mercado, papelaria e vários restaurantes. Muito perto de praias maravilhosas! O Francisco foi super simpático e atento às nossas questões. Ficámos com imensa vontade de voltar a esta casa e poder usufruir da piscina (por causa da chuva não conseguimos)! Foi um fim-de-semana fantástico, com criação de excelentes memórias!

Personnel très disponible accueillant et réactif. Nous avons eu un souci d’eau chaude et il a été réglé même le dimanche. Ana a répondu à toutes nos questions avec amabilité et professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons

We had a lovely time staying here as part of the Fisherman's Trail. The home was very clean, had everything we needed and the views were beautiful over the valley. We would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Rens’ place was absolutely wonderful. The house itself is beautiful—a peaceful countryside retreat, fully immersed in nature. It gave us exactly the kind of tranquility we were looking for. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Rens himself. He is an exceptional person—kind, generous, and always there when you need him. We stayed for three days, and during that time he went above and beyond to help us. When we had a flat tire, he spent the whole day making sure we were okay and had everything we needed. His hospitality was incredible. Honestly, just meeting Rens is reason enough to visit. He made us feel so welcome—it felt like staying with a friend. Highly, highly recommended.

very well priced for what you get which is a spacious 2 bed traditional portuguese house with 2 onsuite shower rooms with an extra guest toilet. kitchen and dining area is spacious with a wonderful log burner to keep us warm during the evenings as the house is a bit chilly in the evenings. The backyard garden is a huge plus here especially at night. On a clear night the skies are amazing and the aquatic sounds at night is something special indeed. a truly memorable experience.

Óptima experiencia

Loved our stay here. We wish we could have stayed longer and made better use of the beautiful outdoor area. This was our favourite place that we stayed at in Portugal. The location is perfect as long as you have a car.

We had such a fantastic experience staying in Teresa’s place. We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard and attention to detail with the decor and cleanliness. It’s right off the high street but very peaceful and only a short walk from the sea. Teresa also very kindly dropped my shoes to me which I had forgotten in the apartment ! So kind of her. Thank you for a wonderful few days

Estadia 5*. Todas as comodidades, piscina impecável, zona de churrasco, quartos, e zonas comuns inclusive. Minimercado com de tudo um pouco e ao lado de casa. Perto de zonas para visitar muito interessantes. Gentes da terra muito simpáticas e acolhedoras. Alojamento perfeito para uns dias em família, em casal ou com amigos para relaxar. Recomendaremos sem hesitação.

Another fantastic few days in this gorgeous space, love the selection of books on the shelves, well equipped kitchen, and very fast response from Lawrence and on-site (but at a distance) housekeeper. Cannot fault the house for a family break.

Wonderful place in the middle of nowhere, but very close to the town and beaches.

Un descubrimiento!! El lugar ideal para desconectar de la ciudad, para disfrutar del campo pero con las comodidades y estética del siglo XXI. Con una casa tan bien diseñada y confortable como este descubrimiento, el entorno dónde se encuentre es lo de menos, pero nos sirvió para conocer una zona interesante de Portugal no siempre bien conocida pero muy valiosa. La casa vale mucho más que lo que se paga por ella y tiene todo lo necesario. Estupendos anfitriones además. La recomiendo sin dudarlo!!

A casa é muito bonita e bem cuidada, tem um espaço exterior que quase não se percebe nas fotografias então é um extra maravilhoso. Tivemos uma óptima estadia e recomendamos.
