Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Luxury cottage with pool access - La Bergerie

Nestled on the south slope of the Pic du Canigou, Mas Lou Poun is an ancient stone Catalan farmhouse. The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.

Vous aurez un accès gratuit aux équipements de loisir: piscine, spa, sauna, salle de jeux, boulodrome. Ce gîte classé 3* est doté de 6 couchages. Les autres gîtes du mas sont les gîtes Abbé Arnulphe et Wilfred le Velu.

Niché en fond de vallée le long de la D115, proche de la rivière, à quelques kilomètres de nombreux sentiers de randonnée et pistes de VTT, du Musée d'Art Moderne de Céret, de l'Abbaye d'Arles sur Tech, de Prats de Mollo, et à 1 heure des plages et de jolis villages d'Espagne, vous apprécierez l'endroit pour son environnement bucolique et sa facilité d'accès.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

A unique place, of exceptional beauty, where absolute tranquility reigns in the middle of an exuberant nature. The Castle has been fully renovated for the comfort required by the facilities for rural tourism, with 8 rooms, 5 with a double bed, and 3 with two single beds. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bathrooms, garden and terrace.
