Without a doubt, this is a great spot if you need some ocean therapy. Wake up, open the shade, and you feel like you’re beaching it within the dwelling. This is very much a classic beach house. To book it is to know that you’re spending your time out on the sand or at the nearby spots, without much expectation for your living space. The patios are really great, and made my trip ideal. The neighbors are also really nice. I’d definitely book again!

Great location to walk along Bay and short walk to get to beach. Clean and well equipped kitchen, baths, living spaces. Bed was the most comfortable ever!! Covered parking in PB is a plus! Neighbors were friendly and quiet. We enjoyed the shared hot tub. Kostas was helpful and had great suggestions for local dining.

It doesn't get much better than this. You can watch the ocean all day from 5 floors up. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

Great location. Easy parking (sometimes it’s hard at a beach town to find parking…designated place was appreciated). Clean and cozy dwelling. Plenty of beach toys/amenities too. East communication with host on site. As a single gal I felt safe and comfortable. Will be back in a few months!

We loved Diana’s place. Great proximity to Mission Bay for daily walks. The unit was really comfortable. She thought of everything. A great workspace for your computer with dual monitors, super comfy bed, enjoyed the hot tub, plenty of coffee, a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels and bikes. We would love to come back next year.

We had a great stay! It was close to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Bradley was very responsive and helpful!

This place was perfect for our big group! Enough beds, living space, hangout areas, and beach is pretty close by. We had an amazing time and our host was responsive. Only two things were there were lots of ants and the master shower didn’t work. We notified the host but we really didn’t mind since there were two other showers. Also the house is fairly close to downtown Rosarito! This place was really great and I would definitely stay again. Also important to note that the roads in the community are cobblestone and are hard to walk in heels.

Best experience here! Roof top patio with views of both the ocean and bay. Close by amenities and chill vibe. We appreciated the full kitchen and multiple bathrooms. Best part was how close the beach is. There are beach toys and lawn chairs and available towels. This property is a gem. We hope to return one day.

The house looks exactly like the photos, and the amenities & location are even better than you think! The neighborhood is easy to find, feels very safe, and is on a gorgeous scenic coastline. The house is spacious, furniture is very comfortable, and kitchen has utensils, pots & pans, seasoning, and coffee. The electronic bidets/heated toilet seats in all the bathrooms were a nice bonus. The master bathroom shower was especially luxurious. Board games, hot tub, lawn games & trampoline were perfect for our family. Note: there are very few restaurants & no grocery stores in the neighborhood, but Rosarito has shops 20 minutes' drive south. I highly recommend you visit Popotla fishing village by Rosarito and get some fresh-caught seafood to cook up at the house. We loved it here!

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

We had an incredible stay at Cindy's place during the week of our daughter's wedding. The location was absolutely ideal—close to fantastic restaurants, shopping, both the ocean and bay boardwalks, and offering breathtaking views of the bay. The house itself was beautifully designed, with a spacious and thoughtful layout that accommodated our family comfortably and provided plenty of room for all the wedding preparations. One of the standout features was the truly wonderful view from all three levels of the home. Every family member had full access to the stunning bay scenery, and waking up to the sunrise each morning was simply magical. Every detail contributed to a truly memorable experience, making our daughter's special week even more magical. This home was instrumental in creating an unforgettable celebration, and truly was the icing on the wedding cake! We can’t recommend it enough.

Perfect place for a couple! Hot Tub is a bonus we used it every night while watching our show on the outside TV. Just a few minutes from the beach which was perfect! Was able to fit a 4 door Tacoma in the parking spot which helped out a lot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were central to what we needed to do, and could walk to one side of Mission Beach & then easily to the other side. Lovely birdwatching and beachcombing just outside the door. Very quiet neighborhood and very soft towels! Woohoo! As mentioned by others, the parking garage is really only for a tiny vehicle and a little tricky to find in the dark and after a day of traveling. But parking lot not far at all. And a super fun kids playground nearby. The layout of the house was perfect for 3 older teens and 2 adults. We were treated to some beautiful fruits as a welcome. Excellent communication from host!!! Scattered thoughts after a day of returning home…but I hope you get the gist. ❤️ Don’t forget your sunscreen!!!

I loved Maria's place. It was easy to access and felt safe, the view of the ocean was unmatched, and the place was clean and comfortable. Maria was super responsive and kind. This place is in walking distance from restaurants, bars, grocery stores, you name it. I definitely recommend Maria's place!

Very secure and quiet. Located close to grocery and restaurants. Uber eats made our stay even better. Husband recovering from hip replacement and bed was comfortable. As well as, the recliner in the couch. Would stay again!

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

Chris was a wonderful host. Right from the start, he was available to guide us. He received us on time and gave us a tour of the condo. The space was clean. He was very responsive and came right away to fix a blind issue. The designated parking area is conveniently located near the elevators. We would love to stay at his place again during our next visit to San Diego.

Perfect location whether you are active or inactive. My 84 yr old husband and I were grateful for the elevator and the amazing views from anywhere in the Condo. He could sit on the couch & watch the surfing schools, the families on the beach & those strolling along the cement pathway below, while I could get out & strech my legs & be part of the beach scene. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, even for my husband who used a cane. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in for some meals. Gated parking & elevator are game changers for anyone wanting to enjoy this area! Perfect for families or old folks like us! Host is an amazing, communicator with helpful suggestions. Highly recommend!
