Cozy, Quiet, and Roomy

Garth was a great host. Answered questions quickly and efficiently. He had a beautiful backyard the kids could play in. Perfect location right around the corner to a grocery store. Unfortunately the fridge wasn’t working (without Garth’s knowledge) but he very quickly helped us out without question. Definitely would stay again.

It’s a perfect place for newcomers coming to Canada with family, this place is perfectly located in downtown. All the required offices , shopping malls and banks are nearby which is required by a newcomer. Apart from this host Sandra is a wonderful, she met us on First day and helped to rent a car. She answered all the questions promptly. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Elegance & Comfort: 4 Bedroom Escape Home

First time using Airbnb and it was a great experience with John. 3 adults and 4 kids stayed for 5 days. House was a great location for our travels, kids loved the change from hotels, and parents loved the extra room to breathe and visit. The ability to cook instead of take out was amazing! House is well used-a few dings and dents, but they have been patched. The house is very obviously cared for, and John wants to make your stay the best he can. We will definitely be back and will recommend highly!

Lynn keeps this house in great shape and is quick with all communication. This is my third time staying here and each time has been without issue. Every room is well maintained and inviting. This will be my first choice when needing to stay in the city and if anyone asks where to stay.

Beuna Vista Retreat: No Cleaning Fee

This is a new favourite for me. Usually I travel for work, and this place would have suited my needs very well if that had been the case. There is a comfortable space for working, Internet access is provided, and there is even an exercise bike - which is unusual and also appreciated. The bed is super comfy, as is the couch, and there are lots of cozy blankets. It’s also beautifully decorated and stocked, which is also such a nice touch. The hosts were also very friendly and communicated quickly. Even travelling with my 2 kids, this small space was comfortable for us for several days. 10/10 would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful space, private, in a great location near to everything we needed. Thoughtful details, like the blankets and slippers, the odds and ends in the kitchen, the games. Would definitely stay again.

Bright Spacious Basement Suite

This was a short stay - just one night. Perfect in every way. Kathy met us - gave a quick run-down of the place. We found it very well-equipped. Clear instructions throughout the spotless suite. Such a comfortable and cozy bed. We appreciated the heating pad. All in all a place we would very happy to stay at again!

Modern Luxury- Steps from Downtown and the River!

This was probably the most stunning Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The place was spotless when we arrived and Cara provided clear instructions that made both check in and check out a breeze. The location is ideal since it’s very close to all of the lovely restaurants on 20th street. Overall I’d recommend Cara’s Airbnb to anyone looking to explore downtown and wanting a beautiful space to come back to after.

Guest Suite in Saskatoon Canada

Pros: The suite was very nicely finished, very clean and had everything we needed! It's on the small side but was perfect for my husband and I for a weekend. The bed was very comfortable. The suite was a little on the chilly side but there was extra blankets and a space heater that worked great. The bathtub was very nice for a morning soak! Cons: The side door entrance is hard to see from the street & the small patio stone walkway is a bit precarious, especially in the spring so walk carefully!
