The house features three bedrooms with two private balconies, a bathroom, and a relaxation room with a jacuzzi on the first floor. The ground floor offers a spacious corner veranda, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. Additionally, the basement level is a whole extra apartment that provides extra space and convenience.
