the villa is great. 3 floors. great pool. jacuzi's. sauna. all working! great hospitality and quick answer to any question we had. the view of the sea from the villa is great. we hope to return again.

Stayed in this beautiful house with 4 friends. The view and pool were amazing and so was the host. The house itself was a bit hard to locate with the adress listed so be sure to follow directions to the coördinates that are provided.

George’s son Euri is an excellent host, frequently checking in to make sure that all was ok. The large one-bedroom stone house is around a large courtyard nestled in orange groves. It is well designed and very comfortable, especially in the living room with a fire on cool nights. The location in a small village next to a church on a mountain-side is peaceful. The firm bed is good, the linens excellent, the hot water ample with good pressure, and the open kitchen invites cooking meals if you don’t care to drive the 20 minutes to the fish restaurants in Latsi or the 10 minutes to Kathikas. Lara beach is 45 minutes away, the last half of which is a bumpy but ok road, and the final 5 minutes a badly rutted dirt road. But don’t be dissuaded - it is the best beach in Cyprus and weekdays you may be alone there. The only downside to George’s place is the lack of internet, despite Euri‘s best efforts to get it up and running. But you can usually get 4G cell service that is enough to surf.

Everything was like in the description and pictures. Christina was a great host who not only provided seamless communication but also additional surprises like welcoming food, tips for local food and entertainment and more. We highly recommend Ithaki House and especially Christina!

Our stay at this beautiful property in Cyprus was absolutely perfect! The location is both elegant and luxurious, offering a peaceful and upscale atmosphere that made our trip truly special. Everything about the home and surroundings exceeded our expectations — it was comfortable, stylish, and very well-maintained. The only small issue we encountered was on our last day, when the cleaning staff arrived around 10:00 AM and seemed eager to begin, even though the Airbnb listing stated that checkout was at 11:00 AM. It created a bit of pressure as we were wrapping up our departure. Other than that, everything was flawless, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

A fabulous property within easy reach of some excellent restaurants, shops (both supermarkets and 'kiosks'), and things to do (including Latchi harbour and boat trips to the blue lagoon). Pool heating was worthwhile (stayed in early April) and the pool warmed up to between 27-29C, which was a good temperature even on cooler days. Joseph was really accommodating with us arriving so late, and stopped by the next day to 'show us the ropes' with how to do the jacuzzi, pool cover etc. There were only a small number of other villas in the development and the private beach was only a minute walk away.

Great place great area. The village is very nice with small restaurants and shops even Haggen Dazs ice cream. Close to Limasol and Paphos. The Villa was great nice pool and seperate Jacuzzi. 3 bed rooms one with ensuite bathroom. The ground floor is a kitchen well equipped and a living room with TV and a dining area. All well kept new clean and easy to use.

Great location, very quiet only some animals in the distance. Extremely good communication with the hosts, very professional and we always received replies super fast, even in the evening and on weekends! The place is a bit high up on a "mountain" so it was a bit colder than down at the cost when we where there in March/April, just be aware of that. Heating up the jacuzzi is totally worth it and overall great experience!

The villa is located on the hills overlooking Peyia providing a wonderful view of Coral Bay and it's surroundings. The villa is part of a small set of similar villas all located off one of the main roads leading into town and about 15 minutes walk from the supermarket and local taverns. It is set out over three levels (at the bottom a private pool; well maintained; middle floor kitchen and spacious living area. top are the bedrooms) providing a real sense of space and calm overall. The villa is well provided in terms of kitchen equipment; aircon; decent wifi etc. We did have a couple of issues (eg faulty cooker fan causing power to short) but the owners were quick to respond and address the issue. This is a lot of villa for the price and would suit any family/group who wishes to have their own zen space a little removed from the busier areas. Set in a hilly area with a lot of stairs between floors it may not suit those with young babies or with mobility issues, otherwise highly recommended.

You will not regret staying here! John's villa is an absolutely perfect holiday home. John has gone to great lengths to ensure guests feel like it's a home from home, superbly clean with every detail thought of. From a well stocked kitchen (including all appliances, even an ice cream maker!) to towels for bathrooms and pool use included, to the most in-depth welcome book with recommendations of restuarants and trips. John met us in person (despite our late flight) and was there to say goodbye at the end. He also cleaned the pool halfway through are stay. The villa is simply beautiful, in quiet surroundings yet only 10mins from Paphos. We had an unforgettable time here. The pool is so warm (thanks to a thermal cover) and the hot tub amazing. Two BBQs with gas or charcoal. Locally we visited the waterpark, archeological sites, the zoo (and fed the lemurs), fantastic beaches, and a longer trip to Troodos (we recommend visiting Omodos and Kykkos Monastery). Super Unterkunft bei der man wirklich Zeit zum entspannen hat. Alles genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Im Winter sind Hausschuhe zu empfehlen. Ansonsten reagiert Anna Maria super schnell und setzt Wünsche direkt um. Wir wollen auf jeden wieder kommen!
