Leanne or Jeff will be available at any time to answer questions and make your stay an enjoyable one. In most cases greeting you on arrival Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Ballina's main cafes, restaurants, shops & swimming pool just 10 min walk away. Access is through a private entrance (via a roller-door) to the lobby where the key safe is situated. Welcome to "High On The Hill" This fully self contained studio room has everything you need, a quaint little kitchen, bathroom with luxurious large bath, private porch with stunning views, close to transport and shops, centrally located between stunning National Parks 15min and beautiful beaches 30 min, Byron Bay is an hour. The room is located directly under the main house and has its own access Currently not pet friendly as we have fostered a rescue puppy until it finds its forever home.

Crane Cottage - a cute and private studio

The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for your vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and dvd player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away.

Eltham Valley Farm

Our Tiny Home is located in Eltham on a 12 acre farm in the lush Byron Hinterland. What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, swim in a waterfall, play a round of golf at Teven Valley, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries of Clunes, Bangalow, Lennox, Newrybar and Byron Bay. Enjoy a meal at the renowned Eltham Pub - they will even pick you up at the door! Soak in the out door tub or sit by the fire with a good book and be alone with your thoughts!

The Rainforest Guesthouse is a situated in the beautiful sub-tropical rainforest area of the Far North Coast. You are surrounded by gorgeous gardens and 100 metres from our beautiful swimming hole and rainforest. You may spot a koala, platypus or wallaby and you will definitely see many beautiful birds. Sorry no dogs as we have a dog that loves people but not other dogs. 15 minutes to Minyon Falls and the Nightcap National park. 30 minutes to iconic Nimbin. 35 minutes to Byron Bay.

Situated up a dirt road, amongst koala trees and on the river, in the small community of Rileys Hill, close to Evans Head.

Set in the quiet area of Airforce Beach, you can wake to the sounds of the ocean, take a stroll across the road for a swim, or throw a line in for a fish. Sit outside in the afternoon and take in the sounds of the ocean whilst having a drink, the perfect way to end the day.
