Great place, as advertised. Very close to the base lift at Granby and we skied down to the back porch at closing time each day. It was a short walk through base camp in the mornings to get to the lift. Many ski in/ski out's are a stretch and aren't as advertised but this one proved to be a true ski in/ski out. Very happy with price, location and amenities. I was able to walk over to the gym for a workout in the morning (with access to pool and hottub as well) for $15/day. IF you plan to go the gym, they only allow you to come in with a clean change of shoes (BEWARE). They don't want the salt and grit on the machines and they WILL turn you away. Also, given that the house does allow pets, I'm surprised they have carpet in the upstairs. Would prefer hard surfaces throughout (wood/tile/etc) for cleanliness reasons but I realize that's a personal preference and everyone's different. Great place overall!

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood at the base of Royal Mountain (10500’) and adjacent to a small river. Just over the bridge and a block away you are in the middle of Main Street with access to great restaurants and shopping. The home is spacious and comfortable and the hot tub and sauna were a wonderful feature. Very well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens and blankets. We would definitely return.

Peak 9's lift was closed but the bus to get us to Peak 8 was right outside. We were able to end the day riding all the back to the village which was awesome. The amenities were lovely and you cannot beat the location!

I generally rent another airbnb in BV, but changed it up for this visit. And I was extremely pleased! Beautiful, spacious & peaceful rental that was a great value to enjoy all things in BV and the surrounding area. I loved the balcony that faced west for quiet mornings, sunny afternoons & stargazing at nite. Very responsive hosts. I look forward to my next stay. I know you will too!

Since the moment I made the reservation. Karen was responsible for replying to my questions and was attentive to us. We appreciate everything she did, her place allowed us to Feel at home. I totally recommend her place. It was a great way to start the year.

This air bnb was amazing it was actually everything that’s was listed, the view from the balcony was literally one of my favorite things about this place, the place was very aesthetically pleasing . And me and my group had a blast while being there

Penelope was a gracious host and her home is in a dramatically beautiful town. We stayed during winter and appreciated the hot tub and local restaurant we could walk to. My kids loved that her house sits on a great hill, perfect for playing. We all had a great time staying in Red Cliff away from the busy ski towns and were constantly amazed by the great views of the town and surrounding mountains from the living room.
