This place is 10/10!!! I don’t think I’ve stayed at a better equipped, or better cared-for Airbnb. We were so happy with this place. The apartment is very spacious—the bedroom, kitchen, and family room are very roomy. But then there’s also the screened-in patio AND the outdoor patio. So much space! The bed is comfy. It is absolutely silent and so peaceful. It’s so clean, too. Super convenient and super close to everything-shops, the beach, the pool, the bars and restaurants, and the grocery store. And lastly, the host is fantastic. So nice and friendly and quick to respond. Incredibly reasonable and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

The place was spotless, which is a big plus for my wife. Location was perfect, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. The pool area was really nice as well. Never busy. It was a bonus he had beach chairs and an umbrella because they're expensive to rent for the day. We were told $75. You don't need a car, but if you plan to visit different beaches, then think about renting because taxi service is expensive. $33 each way for the airport. $45 each way to Sapodilla, and Taylor bay beaches. It can add up to a car rental really quick. James was very responsive and answered all our questions. He allowed us to check in earlier, which was a bonus. We had an amazing time. Would definitely rent it again, if we ever go back. You won't be disappointed if you stay at James's Place.

This is a perfect rental on TCI. Do not hesitate to book it. The location is ideal and just a 10 minute drive from the airport. I recommend a car if you want to explore, but you can easily access great beaches and restaurants just by foot. The hosts provided many excellent recommendations and made my last minute trip so easy. The space itself is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and so well-appointed. They had plenty of kitchen supplies, linens, toiletries, and everything you need for the beach. I can’t wait to return!

Paul was an excellent host. He was responsive and was quick to handle any requests. The condo is in a great location within close distance to Graceway Gourmet, the Ritz, Grace Bay Beach, Ports of Call resort, and many shops and restaurants. No car is needed if you’re just wanting to explore the Grace Bay Area. The condo itself is clean and looks like the photos. No issues with noise. Blackout blinds throughout the unit. Mattress is somewhat soft but still comfortable. The pool is warm and there are many loungers as well!

You could not ask for a better location or a better host...proactive in letting you know everything about the place, it's surroundings, and any questions you might have before travel. Plenty of beach chairs to use, coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and the list goes on. Kids loved the pool which you could see right outside the window. I honestly do not have one complaint about the place and would definitely would stay again!

We stayed for 8 days and all 8 days were magnificent. The location is perfect. The pool is absolutely amazing and clean. The property was beautifully landscaped. The condo itself was so cozy and we were able to make ourselves feel right at home. It had all the amenities you could need. We will definitely be back hopefully in the near future. Wonderful place to stay while in Turks. My wife and I were here for 5 days. Perfect location near the water and other restaurant options. Pool onsite was nice. Onsite gym for those looking to workout on vacation.

Great space! Clean, felt safe (gated complex, well lit, respectful other guests/tenants). Quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced. The AC nice and cold, pool was amazing and almost unused (except by us!). Karen provides lots of amenities such as sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, a wagon to cart them in. Cannot go wrong staying here!!

If Yoshi’s place is available for your dates; consider yourself lucky and book it! Great location, easy walking path to Grace Bay, great restaurants, easy to check in, great WiFi, comfortable bed. We can’t wait to come back

Wonderful location in a condo resort on the beach. Several miles from the next building, surrounded by greenery and the sea. Very nice beach, pool and hot tub. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Good AC or windows/ceiling fans. Very nice other guests.

Perfect location with an easy walk to the beach, along with restaurants, groceries, and shopping nearby. The condo had just about everything one could need for a day at the beach, and was well stocked with appliances and tableware, plus shower, laundry, and coffee items. The front sitting area and condo pool also served as great spaces for relaxing. We had issues with the door keypad but Keno was responsive and helped sort out an alternative means of entry. Excellent value for the price!

Great location and only a 10-15 min drive to most places on the island. Great place to stay if you’re looking to unwind and truly relax - no partying or loud music at all which is appreciated. Ditch the resorts, save your money (because TCI is very expensive) and keep your peace of mind by staying here. This place has everything you need and the owner is responsive and helpful.

Very comfortable spot. Nice beach, very nice pool and hot tub. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well cared for. A little bit of a drive to most of the restaurants and even better beaches. Everything seems to be about 20 to 25 min. away, partially on a gravel road, but that was no problem. We liked getting out and tooling around the island. Sapodilla bay was our favorite. All and all a great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed at Pamela and Paul's place for a week long stay and it was our first time visiting the island. The host was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Check in process was easy and the host provided detailed instructions on how to get to their place from the airport which was great. We wanted to be away from crowds so this place was perfect. The condo was clean, bed is very comfortable, pools are amazing, and beach in walking distance. The host provides a binder with local recommendations which was nice. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The view from the balcony is INCREDIBLE. I would recommend renting a car to explore this beautiful island. You are a short drive to just about everywhere but there are also plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We felt extremely safe here and LOVED everything about this place. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! The location was amazing, right on grace bay and a 2 minute walk to the grace bay club that has amazing restaurants! Easy drive to a grocery store and more restaurants. The Grandview is super family friendly and the condo is spacious, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

I was like a kid in a candy store upon entering the room at the beautiful view of the ocean. This place was 15-20 minutes from all the beaches we visited - Grace Bay, Bight Beach (only 6 minutes away), Sapodilla Bay, and Long Bay Beach. All are beautiful but a little different. This place had all the little extras that made it so much nicer. There were paper towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, soap in bathrooms and enough items for cooking and dishes. The Thursday Fish Fry was also fantastic. We really enjoyed the food vendors. We also walked a dog from Potcake rescue on the beach. That was the longest line we had to wait in. I would definitely recommend this place and I would love to return.

Great stay. Right outside the patio, there is a small pool. Then there is the larger pool right up the stairs. We rented a car and were able to get pretty much everywhere within 15 minutes. They have a cooler, beach towels, and water gear for use, which really came in handy on our full day beach days. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the amazing stay.

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery store and beach. Central area to tourist attractions and nightly hot spots. We did not rent a car and cab service was btwn $12 and $35 (airport transport and jetski activity was most expensive).

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Super fab and gorgeous! Everything was there and more…closet full of beach gear and snorkel sets!! The off white and clean bougie pink decor was my style! Definitely book it!
