Our Cozy Elmwood Studio is like a tiny hotel room with all the comforts of home. This 120sq ft (15'x8'), newly remodeled, nicely appointed studio is an independent structure ideal for 1 guest, cozy for 2. The door of the studio faces our back patio, so you may hear us. The nightly rate includes use of our driveway. Please let us know and we will leave it empty for you. **Starting September 1, 2017 Berkeley is requiring hosts to collect a 14% occupancy tax. Hike up to a well designed, small-but-mighty modern cabin with fast WiFi, your own hot tub and a panoramic view spanning across the bay from the Golden Gate to the San Mateo bridge. 108 stairs lead up to the Aerie, so if you don’t want to get your steps in, this is probably not the space for you! 15 min from OAK and city life, but a world away. Sunsets are glorious here. The Aerie is a special spot just for 1 or 2, so leave the posse behind. Registered guests only.

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
