Just 10 minutes north of Interstate 90 and 1/2 mile from Lake Erie this home is located on a high bank overlooking Crooked Creek, one of this areas popular steelhead fishing streams and is just minutes from The Bluffs State Park and Elk Creek. For bicycle enthusiasts, ½ mile off the Seaway Bicycle Trail. This one story house is has a full kitchen, linens provided. Parking includes area to park a boat trailer.

You've found it! Base camp to enjoy all that west Erie county has to offer. For the fisherman and non-fisherman alike, you'll find it nearby. Walk across the road to Elk Creek and find yourself on prime steelhead water. At the end of the day, kick back next to the fire pit or enjoy the hut tub while taking in the stars. You won't want to leave!

The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.
