Stayed here for a month long outage and it was great! Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever up this way again!

place was great for a weekend stay. had some issues with the lock at one point and Ruddy was very quick to come help us figure it out and get inside. would stay again!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. This was a great place - it was actually bigger than the photos make it look. It was spotless, with a new feel to everything. Huge washer dryer right outside the apt door made doing laundry so convenient. The sheets and the bed were so cosy. Would recommend this place for anyone travelling to Salem - it’s an easy drive.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

Our trip up from Rochester NH to enjoy the tribute band for Neil Diamond at Colonial Theatre was a better experience because we stayed at Christine’s! We had made this reservation months in advance so as to not have to drive home late. Walking distance to theatre and restaurants! There was early check-in (much different than other’s, here was 1:00), a beautiful screened in porch (too cold to use it, which was fine because the room that the porch is off of is the cozy TV room. There is an easy to navigate remote (increasingly rare to have a TV in Airbnb’s never mind one that is easily operated!)) Bedroom with plush wall to wall carpeting and thick curtains for darkness Bed was very comfortable; super soft linens, lots of extra blankets and anything else needed! We slept really well. Breakfast as DejaVu was exceptional. We would not want to stay elsewhere when visiting Laconia! Christina is a rock star

Kelley and Jim were great and very accommodating for my 92 year old father. They cleared the snow and made sure he had a safe walkway. The basket with the bread, jam, wine, and fresh baked pumpkin bread was a great touch!

We splurged as a family of 4 w/ our chihuahua. This is the absolute perfect home for 2 or even 3 families. Derek was responsive from day 1 of booking until check-out. The home is gorgeous. It's just as the pictures show, if not better. The basement has a bedroom with 2 Q beds, and the cinema can easily sleep a few more. This was a man cave for our sons! Upstairs, the master bedroom w/bath was perfect. There are 2 bunk beds right next to the master & another bdrm across the house. It's quiet, peaceful, and serene. We walked the trails behind the home (bring boots or hiking shoes if it's been raining). When you pull into the drive, on your right is a rolling river. The hot tub was a huge plus and was relaxing. We loved the fire pit (bring a lighter or matches) and playing pool, air hockey, & shuffleboard. My son brought his xbox & hooked it up to the 85" TV in the cinema. We watched movies via our Netflix account. We hope to go back in the future!

Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely dog-friendly house in Lebanon, Maine, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect retreat for both humans and our furry friends. The backyard was a highlight, providing plenty of space for our dogs to run around and play. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby walking trails and dog-friendly things to do in the area. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return for another stay! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a getaway with their pet!

Linda’s house is beautiful, clean and peaceful in a lovely area of Seacoast NH very close to downtown Portsmouth, shopping, beaches, i95 but also very quiet and private. She was an amazing host, very helpful and responsive and the price is a great deal. We especially enjoyed grilling on the patio and seeing the deer and turkeys in the backyard. Thank you Linda!

Had a great weekend get away here and couldn't have asked for a better spot for our group! The house had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Brittney was great with communication and made the whole process much easier.

Juan's home was perfect for our long weekend in Manchester. Located in a quiet residential setting, we had convenient access to the city for our activities, and to explore southern New Hampshire. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious - we loved the theater downstairs! Juan was easy to reach and flexible to accommodate our schedule. We had a great stay and will definitely return the next time we're in the area.

Sean was sending us handy and timely info at every step. His place was great and the area very interesting. Really nice to have some coffee ready to make as our late arrival did allow for getting a few staples the first night. Thanks.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Mikes place was a great stay while in. New Hampshire. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and everything you need is within walking distance!! I nightly recommend this condo on the lake

This is our second time staying at Lisa’s place. It is in a perfect location right in the heart of the lake region. The pool is amazing. Lisa keeps the place perfectly clean and has everything you could need. We can’t wait to stay again.
