The Milking Parlour has been lovingly converted to the highest standards from the old stone dairy barn in 2022. We aim to provide a unique and comfortable place for our guests to enjoy.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Snug at Mill Barn - rural retreat

Tucked away in a peaceful location, this new open plan conversion was finished in September 2019. Completed to a high standard, this cosy space provides an idyllic hideaway. Stockland and Steart Marshes can be accessed immediately opposite the Snug and the coast is five minutes drive away. Ideal for country walks, cycling and bird watching. A selection of walks to explore are provided by the owners. Ample parking and use of owners tranquil garden for relaxation. Perfect escape for couples.

The Old Stables

Hidden away in a unique rural setting on the Somerset Levels.  Light, airy and cosy with log burner. Looking out of the glass frontage you will find our alpacas, goats, ponies and various poultry . Right on the edge of nature reserves this is perfect for cyclists and bird watchers. In the winter months you can witness the famous murmurations. Close to Clarks Factory Shopping Village with historic Glastonbury and Wells a short drive away. 100yards from country pub. Close to junction 23 on M5

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Roost

The Roost is a unique 1 bed property nestled within the Quantock Hills (AONB). Its tranquil secluded setting has far reaching and panoramic views over the Brendon Hills and Exmoor. A stones throw away from the Roost are extensive bridal and footpaths onto the Quantock Hills, where you can enjoy a number of activities all surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and picturesque views. The coast is a 15 minute drive or an hours gentle walk to Kilve. Need more room? Then try its neighbour, and big sister, 'Gorgeous Quantock House'.
