A very charming 1 bedroom cottage, nestled in the heart of the Heddon Valley within Exmoor National Park, well equipped kitchen, Log-burning stove set in this tranquil location. with towering cliffs, coves and a wooded valley, from short trails around the Valley, to longer hikes along the North Devon coast, South West Costal Path. Excellent for bird watchers, the Valley is also home to a large variety of Butterfly species including one of the UK’s rarest butterflies, the High Brown Fritillary.

The property has its own access to the Lynway which is part of the Two Moors Way and is a lovely footpath to Lynton ,only a ten minute walk away. It has a fitted kitchen and contemporary bathroom. On the edge of Exmoor with views of the sea, Bramble Cottage is in a peaceful and beautiful location. It is within easy access to the glorious North Devon beaches and Exmoor is on the doorstep. A short drive can avail you of almost any activity you could want - hiking, biking, surfing, coasteering, golf, horse riding, shopping, relaxing, ice creams, Michelin star food to name just a few...during the school holidays the minimum stay is 7 nights and the changeover day is Saturday..

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

A lovely cosy hideaway, with direct access to Exmoor, the Doone Valley and beyond! The cottage has many original features, including a wood-burner and rustic beams - and maintains its character (refurbished in 2020). Parsonage Farm Cottage is completely separate from the main house, with its own garden, incredible views and peace and quiet, with Oare Water running along the bottom of the property. Just a short drive to the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, & Porlock.

Sitting adjacent to the picturesque harbour just off the working quay and close to the pier, the property enjoys wonderful views over the harbour towards Hillsborough and across to the Bristol Channel and Welsh coastline. The house is a short stroll to various shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. A little further on , you can visit Croyde and Woolacombe.
