You'll enjoy two pools (one of which is heated) and four hot tubs, private Guadalupe river access, and a large expanse of luscious lawn shaded by pecan trees. You're conveniently close to Schlitterbahn, Comal River parks, Guadalupe River parks, downtown, and Historic Gruene.
