My husband & I were in town for a Marriage Retreat and the Avenue AirBNB was absolutely perfect for such a trip! Location was easy to find, parking not an issue, easy access in and the apartment was great! Beautiful kitchen with necessities to cook dinner, living space was great, comfortable bed & the hot tub was the BEST addition to relax in at the end of the night. It is possible to hear neighbors in the same building but not to the point of major disruption, when we soaked in the hot tub each night the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We were so glad to stay here over a hotel and would definitely return in the future! The venue we drove to each day was the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Columbus and it took us about 13 minutes to travel there. Many great restaurants nearby this location to choose from also.

Evan was an excellent host! The house was the cleanest and most organized home/airbnb I’ve stayed at to date. All my needs were met. The beds were very comfortable and I got well needed rest during my stay. I highly recommend staying at Evan’s Airbnb!

Our stay was very comfortable, we found it very easy to access this Airbnb! We both loved how open the floor was, with windows leading out to an amazing view.

I was there for a month with my wife and my baby and no complaints, we felt like home… the only bad thing was we wanted to stay one more week. It it was already booked… Highly recommended

Had a great time, it was a lot of fun! The bed was a little hard and A bit noise due to the bar below, ear plugs were provided. So if you don't mind the noise it's a great place to stay!

This was my second stay at Nancy's place and I look forward to returning again in the future! Of course a big reason I love it is because it's walking distance from my best friend's house, but also Nancy is such a sweet host and I feel right at home there. The bed is very comfortable and I slept very well.

It was great to find a 2 bedroom in this location at this price point! The apartment was clean and had plenty of amenities. It was also a big plus having off-street parking.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group, who came in from several different states to celebrate our nieces, bridal shower. It was such a relief to have a large, spacious home that comfortably accommodated everyone. The house was spotlessly, clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was ideal - just a quick 6-minute drive to German Village, where our main events took place. While we didn’t get a chance to explore the Short North, it was clear that it would’ve been an easy walk to plenty of great shops, restaurants, and bars. One helpful tip: be sure to follow the directions to find the back of the house. They’re very clear and made getting in simple, but without them, you might find yourself looping around a bit. We’d absolutely recommend this place to any large group, looking for a clean, comfortable, inconveniently, located homebase!

The house is updated to all new amenities. The master closet is HUGE!! The appliances are all new and awesome. The house has a lot of charm. We didn’t use the fire pit but it was nice to have as an option. Matt was super helpful any time I contacted him. Very responsive.

We enjoyed our time at Xiaomei’s. I grew up in Columbus, Ohio, but now our family is in several states. We booked the house so 6 of us could stay together and enjoy a Thanksgiving meal in a home setting. We ordered our meal; we did not cook at Xiaomei’s. We were very comfortable there! Some of my family walked through German Village and enjoyed a delicious meal at Schmidt’s. I recommend the area if you have a rental car as there is not much to do in walking distance. I did notice a bus stop pretty close to Xiaomei’s, so you may be able to take the city bus where you want to go. It would be worth checking.

We had a great stay! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described in the listing. The host was friendly and very responsive, which made everything easy. While the neighborhood wasn’t our favorite, the home itself felt safe and was a perfect base for exploring the area. Perfect for multigenerational family from 1 to 72. Easy to groceries, parks, and zoo. Very well equipped including age appropriate toys and high chair as well as kitchen supplies. Super straight forward check in and instructions. Highly recommended.

Yetty's listing is becoming my families home away from home when we visit our son and his family. The house is always clean and well equipped. Yetty is very friendly and responds to questions quickly. My son and granddaughter accompanied us on our last trip. The granddaughters response when we walked in the door was,"Wow fancy!"

Ashley was great communicating and always responsive. The place was really cute and was in the very beautiful German Village neighborhood. Short walk to many restaurants. Would recommend and would definately stay there again!

Stayed for 3 nights with our 2 kids while we explored the city. Perfect set up for a family and felt very safe both in condo and surrounding area. Cute, idyllic area with lots of walkable options. Comfortable beds and linens (and I’m typically a fussy sleeper). Jessie made check in a breeze and offered lots of recommendations on what to do.

Very perfect experience here. I love the sweet fragrance in the room. Everything is tidy and bright. It's a real comfortable and quiet place to stay. However, since both my friend and I prefer to sleep on a firmer surface, we didn't use the sofa as a place to sleep. In addition, if you are not used to walking barefoot on the floor, you may need to bring your own slippers for backup. The area is very convenient, with a large Kroger nearby where you can buy things. Overall, it's a really great experience, and we love it here.

Extremely convenient location for events in the arena district or at the convention center. Place was clean and well organized. Perfect for a quick stay in Columbus.
