In winter you can fall asleep watching the snowcats prepare the slopes for tomorrow then see the first light shine straight over Mt Mackenzie in the morning.

Welcome to Drift Away! We invite you to our home in the woods, just 10 minutes outside of Golden, BC where you can surround yourself with mountains, wildlife, and serenity. Wildflower Guesthouse is a private suite that allows you all the comforts of home. Located in Yoho National Park and just 20 minutes from beautiful Lake Louise, you can experience all the wonders of the Canadian Rockies. The guest floor is located in the basement with direct walk out to garden of a private house hosts live in. The suite has a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and access to garden with a guest seating area (summer). We can accommodate up to 2 guests maximum.

Granny Suite ~ Golden, BC

Enjoy this cozy suite on the ground floor of our family log home. We are located in the middle of 40 acres of woodlands so it's remote and quiet (aside from our rambunctious children) . The Granny Suite has its own private entrance, in floor heating, a walk in closet, a private bathroom with heated towel rack, and a kitchenette. There is a king size bed, two stools at the breakfast bar and two sitting chairs in the living space. We are happy to provide a playpen for infants/toddlers.
