This private, 3 bedroom cottage is hidden on 3 acres with a huge backyard and pond and stocked with everything you need to make it feel like home. Perfect for a trip to the area or weekend staycation. Less than 5 minutes to Evans Towne Center and ~8 miles to Augusta National and Fort Gordon. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, full laundry room and outdoor patio available. No smoking or pets allowed on premises. No parties. Fishing is permitted in the pond for catch-and-release. No swimming.

At the Lake Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Located a short walk to the boat ramp in Winfeild Hills. There is plenty of room to bring and park your boat !! You will fall in Love with this adorable Cottage. With 2 Main suites on the lower level and One Large Loft upstairs there are plenty of places to sleep. One bathroom serves this home, however two shower heads are in the shower. This home is not Lakefront but is only a walk to the boat ramp.
