Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. This fully furnished charming cabin was designed to be cozy with the rich woods of an Arts & Crafts designed interior. Located on a horse property, with Spring Creek running behind the cabin, and Buzzard Gulch trailhead at one end of the road with BLM at the other, this location is the perfect home base to enjoy all this area has to offer or snuggle in for a weekend. Bike ride/hike the local trails by day and watch the Milky Way while enjoying an artisan fire pit by night!

This Cottage is truly a place to get away for a romantic weekend! Your year round destination, all seasons have something special to offer. Hiking, biking, and water sports in the spring, summer and fall. National Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison is 6 miles away. For the winter traveler we have three ski resorts an hour away in each direction. And as always, sightseeing in the fresh mountain air can’t be beat! Our bedding is top notch as well as our towels!

Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
