This is probably one of the most beautiful and highest quality apartments in all of Colombo. We have been coming to Sri Lanka since 2015 and have stayed in many places. Nicola's attention to detail and quality is unmistakable. If you have discerning taste and want a place that is artful, clean and full with high end decor and appliances this is the place. It costs more than many apartments but it's well worth it. The location is great! Within walking distance to excellent restaurants at Cinnamon Life Hotel, a grocery and a fabulous mall. It's also an easy walk to a nice beach.

I had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb apartment in Aquria, Nawala. The place was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It’s in a peaceful location but still close to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive throughout. My only hiccup was with one security guard—short guy with sunglasses—who seemed to forget I was staying there and gave me a bit of a challenge getting in a few times. All part of the adventure, I suppose! Still, I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again. Thanks to Seth and team for everything! 😊

For the dehiwala apartment review : The apartment was clean and well presented. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening from the balconies which all have an ocean view. The location was great, the bedrooms and aircon comfortable and the bathrooms were clean & fresh. The hosts were responsive and flexible giving us a late check-out as there was no booking after us. The assistant organised for check-in and check-in was easy to liaise with.

We enjoyed our stay at Umendra's place. Even though we arrived very late in the night, we were met by the assistant Budika, who was kind and helpful. Always had a smile.. We are very grateful for getting all (6 of us) our bags onto the luggage trolley...along with the reception security Brian...who was very welcoming and respectful. We appreciate these gentlemen helping us at that time of the night. Also the two sets of keys were very convenient for us. Pity we couldn't meet Umendra. A few suggestions to improve would be ...instructions on how to use the lights, fan & the AC. The switchboard system was a bit complex. Also the google map took us to another place. Just letting you know the address was not clearly identified by the google map. Apart from these, overall we had a lovely stay at this beautiful place.

Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

Excellent location. Very clean. Properly organised. Quick response from the host. We got some amazing local tips from the host hat helped us dine at some of the best restaurants in Colombo. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very clean and exactly like the pictures, no surprises at all. The best part was the amazing beach view from the balcony, it was absolutely stunning and made the whole experience even more relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

This house is a hidden gem in Colombo. It’s very tasteful and well furnished, with an incredible backyard overlooking the water. We didn’t feel like leaving the home. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing five-night stay at Canal View Cottage. The place exceeded my expectations—it’s even more valuable than the listing price! The host, Shira, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cottage offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and restful getaway.

Very spacious villa with a great view. The pool was amazing.

Lake view is an amazing structure with perfect surroundings. It is very central and though very private. We have spent a couple of great days in the structure and had the feeling of being in our private villa with a lot of freedom, space, design and commodities. We will book Lake view for sure again. Thanks a lot to the owner, Prasanna, for the great hospitality.

Our stay was just perfect and as we wanted it to be. Niresh, the host was extremely helpful in getting whatever we needed (including a few utensils for kitchen ;)). The host was there to welcome us and showed us the house. Being on 28th floor, the view was superb the skyline of Colombo city was visible and so was the water front. The location was perfect with many restaurants and supermarkets near by at walking distance. The amenities were just as shown in the pics and we enjoyed most of it. A perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and still want to be a peaceful place 😊

Located in the heart of the city, walking distance to Colombo city centre shopping mall, bakery and a super store. The master bedroom gives almost 180 degree paraomic views of the city , the lake and the sea. Well curated interior designs gives a grand guesture . The host Chathura is very responsive and flexible. I'd love to come back and no hesitation to recommend this place for any guests looking for a luxury apartment in Colombo city centre.

Myself and my family had a great time at Sanjeewa's place. It was a nicely decorated modern luxury apartment with breathtaking views of the beautiful skyline and the lake. The place had all the amenities required. Sanjeewa was a friendly host very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Sanjeewa's place to all guests who are looking for a homely peaceful place in the city center of Colombo.

Beautiful place very clean and very spacious, looked identical to the photos listed, very central place to get around, eranga was very helpfull and was easy to contact. All the amenities and services required to make you feel right at home, definitely would rebook when going back to Sri Lanka, had a wonderful stay.

Ich war mit meiner Freundin für 4 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir fanden die Wohnung noch größer, als sie auf den Fotos rüberkam. Bei Fragen war Chitranganie immer zu erreichen und antwortete sehr schnell. Die Lage der Wohnung ist mit ein paar Schritten vom Strand perfekt. Zusätzlich ist die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
