Colle di Val d'Elsa: soggiorni in appartamento

Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

We loved our stay in Mariangelas home and could not have asked for a better host. Upon check-in, Mariangelas team was there waiting to let us in and show us around the place. Place was small but had all essentials needed and was as described in the description. Location was ideal as you are within 20 minutes of all major attractions and sites. Mariangela was very responsive and provided any assistance or recommendations needed in a timely manner. AC was great but not really needed in April. Only small complaint was the hot water runs out after a few minutes and with 2 people you need to wait a bit between each shower. Other than this, place was incredible and we would certainly stay here again! Mariangela is the best host and we could have not asked for a better experience in Florence!

WOW - unser Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung von Amanda war einfach nur traumhaft. Die Terrasse mit der Aussicht, ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Dafür muss man jedoch einige Treppenstufen in Kauf nehmen, aber es lohnt sich! Nicht nur die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Ausblick, im Grunde genommen hat man in der Wohnung fast einen Rundumblick (auch auf die Berge), sogar beim duschen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber, es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Amanda hatte uns zur Ankunft bereits mehrere Flaschen Wasser und eine Flasche Prosecco in den Kühlschrank gestellt, das war wirklich sehr lieb von ihr. Der Check in war unkompliziert, genauso wie der Kontakt mit Amanda. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus (auch für den Hop on-Hop off Bus). Ein Supermarkt und ein Parkhaus außerhalb der ZTL (Parterre 15€/24h) sind in der Nähe. Absolute Empfehlung für diese Wohnung und Gastgeberin

Great place and great hosts! Carlotta checked in on us every day to ensure we were comfortable and well set up. The property itself is fantastic and in a piazza with great restaurants at a stones throw away. Would highly recommend and would love to come back to the property the next time we are in Italy again!

abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte per un concerto al Nelson mandela forum. posizione ottima ci si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti e nei dintorni c'è di tutto..pizzerie, ristoranti, super mercati, bar ecc. l'appartamento è molto pulito e ben tenuto, non manca nulla. Vanna è stata molto carina nel farcelo trovare già riscaldato, cosa non scontata con altri host. consiglio anche per soggiorni più lunghi in quanto l'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort. in più il centro di Firenze è poco distante, con la macchina o con i mezzi di trasporto. se dovesse capitare torneremo sicuramente!

Tutto benissimo, l’alloggio è ancor meglio di come appare in foto, quartiere tranquillo. Host gentile e disponibile. Consiglio questo appartamento!

Totul a decurs foarte bine,de la comunicarea cu Leonardo, care a fost foarte atent cu noi si cu procesul de check in pana la cazarea noastra in acest apartament care e pozitionat foarte bine spre o priveliste incantatoare si linistita. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic, practic am avut un confort ca acasa, somnul a fost chiar odihnitor avnd paturi si lenjerie confortabila. Recomand cu mare placere pentru ca este o placere sa poposesti la aceasta cazare pe care as descrieo in 3 cuvinte: bun gust, lejeritate si liniste.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She communicates well and responds quickly. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like on the pictures. I definitely recommend this place.

Our farmhouse for the week was everything we needed! Complete peace away from everything in beautiful countryside. An easy 8 min drive into town where we rented bikes ( great rides in area) and ate at local restaurants. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and warm and even welcomed us with a delicious homemade pie! Although we were there in the Fall, the pool and outdoor area was very inviting! Highly recommend for a place away from the big city of Florence ( only 45 min away!)

Camillo et Eva sont des hôtes charmants. Très bonne réactivité de leur part et échanges très cordiaux, Je recommande vivement cet appartement très bien situé à deux pas du Duomo, très calme ( appartement donnant sur l'arrière avec très beaux points de vue sur les toits et la cathédrale ), bien aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et spacieux. Sans hésiter, lors d'un prochain séjour à Florence, je reviendrai dans ce lieu.

Perfekt lägenhet mitt i Siena, ett stenkast bort från allt du vill se som turist. Jättetrevlig, hjälpsam och kommunikativ host som gjorde allt för att se till så att vi fick en bra vistelse och tog sig tid att ge personliga tips. ❤️ Några saker i lägenhetsbeskrivningen stämde inte helt – lägenheten ligger inte på bottenplan utan på första våningen (det spelar roll för oss som reser med barnvagn och fick fälla ihop och bära upp den för trappan), och den gratis parkeringen syftar på de gratis parkeringsplatser som går att hitta runt om i stan. Det är småsaker i sammanhanget - överlag var vi jättenöjda med både boende och värd!

구시가지까지 도보로 40분 가량 걸리며 대중 교통으로도 이동 가능합니다. 내부는 매우 깨끗하게 관리되고 있으며 주차도 나쁘지 않습니다. 도보 3분 거리에 마켓이 있어 식료품 구입이 편합니다.

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Kids love it and kitchen are well equip!! Thanks marco for your beautiful place and hosting us!!! I recommend this place for quiet country side place.

Piece of heaven on earth! The views, the house, the terrace, the pool, and the nature (specially the sound of the birds in the morning) was all spectacular. Lovely hosts that accommodated everything and provided an abundance of recommendations (in a super organized laminated folder).

We received very warm welcome and enjoyed very much Frederica's house, pool, pasta and last but not least Siena , San Galgano and San Gusmo' very much. The place is perfect and I don't remember other spaces from airbnb which can compete with this one. I hope we will be able to come again some time soon.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

Struttura splendida, tutto pulito ed ordinato. Abbiamo avvisato che sarebbe venuto con noi anche il nostro cagnolino e abbiamo trovato nell’appartamento una cuccia e una ciotola. Daniela la loro collaboratrice in zona è stata gentilissima e collaborativa. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Francesco a été très accueillant et en plus, le site est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La piscine avec la vue sur les montagnes est vraiment superbe ! Un bel endroit pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. La route pour s'y rendre est un peu longue et très tortueuse, mais c'est souvent le cas en Toscane...
