Very well located, well connected, clean and lovely place. Cyril was very communicative and even allowed us an early check in. There was some noise from a workshop in the garage below but the door has good noise insulation when closed. We could gladly open the small window in the kitchen for ventilation. Only down side is that there is not a lot of sun light in the apartment as there is only one small window.

Amazing location right in the heart of old town and close to everything including great restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided advanced warning of any issues. Early check-in was provided which we appreciated greatly! Thanks again Hanna.

Séjour parfait chez Rita. Avec son mari François, nos hôtes nous ont réservé un très bel accueil et ont répondu à toutes nos demandes. Le logement était conforme à la description et situé dans une zone très calme du Cannet, à deux pas du centre de Cannes. Je recommande grandement !

Ho soggiornato nel appartamento di Fethi dal 10 al 20 agosto mi sono trovato benissimo da subito. L'appartamento è perfetto, con tutte le comodità, posizione eccellente, tutto a portata di mano. Lo consiglio a tutti. Un saluto alla co-host Natacha che ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi. Spero di ritornare.

Dominque was an amazing host - extremely accommodating and friendly. The apartment was in a perfect location, very close to public transport and amenities. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La vue est magnifique, coucher de soleil, levé du soleil, nuit étoilée, petit déjeuner sur le balcon avec vue sur mer. Il ne manquait rien, cuisine bien équipée et logement paisible. Nous avons hâte de revenir !

l'accueil chaleureux, disponible et à l'écoute, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour pour son emplacement pour la fête du citron au pied du logement, tout à disposition, quartier calme , tout pour passer un très bon séjour. encore merci à aymerick et Ninon.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet appartement au calme avec un très agréable balcon, offrant une vue magnifique sur les jardins et les villas autour en haut de la colline. L’appartement est situé au premier étage d’une petite résidence récente, bien entretenue. On peut y accéder facilement à pied depuis Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat et de Beaulieu-sur-Mer. L’hôte est très réactif et très gentil, nous avons eu besoin d’une grande casserole et de couvertures supplémentaires, nous les avons obtenu très rapidement. L’appartement est très propre et bien aménagé, parfait pour un séjour de vacances!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Super Ausblick über die Bucht. Viel Sonne beim Kaffee trinken am Morgen. Geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Gastgeberin sehr nett.

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

This is a must stay place - so historic and a real gem if you like history and something different. The view over the new marina is beautiful.

Malgré une météo maussade, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, emplacement du logement idéal avec parking privé, une belle découverte et des hôtes très disponibles.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Eric. Bel immeuble de plus d'un siècle, cosy et très bien situé à 5 min à pied de la vieille ville. Réseaux de transports en commun proches. Joli logement correspondant à l’annonce. Jean Marc est très gentil et nous a bien accueillis, petite boisson en arrivant. Jacuzzi magnifique a l’abri des regards, peignoirs fournis, terrasses avec transat sur pelouse. Je recommande vivement. Vous serez bien reçus et le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment honnête.

Great apartment to spend 5 nights, clean and tidy everything we needed was available. Miguel was very helpful and greeted us on arrival to show us around the place. walking distance to Aldi just around the corner. Great location for walking to the train/station and easy 10 minutes walk to centre of Cannes.
