This 1920's cottage is a block away from Downtown Auburn's charming shops, bars & restaurants, and half mile from historic Old Town and Court House We are located just over a mile from Robie Point's famous Western States trail, and a half mile from the race's finish at Placer High School. We are ten minutes drive from the American River, a half hour from Lakes Folsom or Clementine, and an hour and 1/2 from Lake Tahoe. We are dog friendly, and hope you love our home as much as we do.

Relax and enjoy 5 acres of expansive views of the mountains and treetops! The house is surrounded by pine and oak trees with lots of privacy. Perfect family or couples getaway but still close to town. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.

Modest rustic charm with knotty pine, stone fireplace, old style and faded carpeting, but it is very clean and cozy. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, excellent Wi-Fi, big screen TV and large selection of dvds. Please understand infants and small children are not recommended.
