The house is right on the lake making it easy to go fishing, boating, paddling, swimming, kayaking or water-skiing. The top part is available for air bnb families, the bottom part is locked as it is used for event space with no sleeping quarters.

Our place is conveniently located between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly ski areas with access for hiking and bike paths. 5-10 min. to lakes, restaurants, beaches, casinos and shopping. This detached unit is tastefully decorated and includes microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Direct TV and WIFI surrounded by peaceful gardens. There are 8 steps down to the unit.

(Coffee is provided) Our Christmas Valley home has access to hiking and biking trails right out the front door. Suite is on second floor and is accessed by outdoor stairs.
