Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and nature lovers. Of road parking, A secure back garden safe for well behaved dogs. Safe storage for bikes, kayaks.

Set in an idyllic three acres of rolling countryside near Dawlish, Leat Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, a great base from which to explore the south west or an inspiring retreat to write or paint. A warm welcome awaits you to a cosy cottage set in stunning rural surroundings and only a 45 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive to Dawlish, 15-20 minute drive to Teignmouth or 25 minute drive to Exeter. Newly built property that allows you to have privacy with all your home comforts provided. There is free shared parking at property and surrounding streets. We are 1.5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from train station with a bus stop 2 minute walk away. We are near to the Exe trail. Exeter city is 8 miles away.

The Dawlish Hideaway

Our newly created bijou apartment is ideal for two people, although there's a sofabed should you wish to have two children staying too. We're a five minute walk to Dawlish town centre, the nearest beach and railway station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The bed is a standard double with storage. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are 12 steps down to the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome. On-street parking.
