It sleeps up to 8 people on 2 bunks, (4 singles), 2 single beds which can be pushed together if necessary, and a queen size in the main. All beds are in air conditioned rooms & the property also has a sofa bed in the lounge room, which can be made to sleep two more if required. The property is located one house back from the esplanade, on a raised corner block looking out over Coffin Bay.

Our fully fenced 1.3 acre garden/yard makes a wonderful place for children and pets to play on the lawn and Swings.
