It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.

It features outdoor living with a large deck and BBQ and seating under the trees too. The rural outlook features Winter Hill lookout and a glimpse of the sea down through Happy Valley. Sand-boards and boogie boards are also available to use too
