Space has a private entrance, large living space and an over sized bedroom with a king bed. You also have your own laundry area with a small full kitchenette and own private bathroom. We are located 15 minutes from Cd'A, 15 minutes from Spokane Valley, 10 minutes to Q'emiln Park and close to the Centennial Trail.

Mary's Place

Mary's Place is a newly updated non-smoking, no pets property with its own entrance. Suite is attached to home, inside there are several locked doors to main house that gives you complete secure privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Bedroom has a king size bed and with walk in closet. The living room can be used as an additional sleep space for guests, queen air mattress and linens included. DT Spokane - 15 min. drive Shopping - 5 min. drive Coeur d'Alene - 30 min.

Our studio is cozy, yet spacious. You'll enjoy a comfortable queen bed , extra pillows, plush robes to wrap up in, all the amenities you should need. We take pride in cleanliness. We are located in a great location- blocks from the lake, public beach, Tubbs Hill (hiking trails), unique restaurants, bars, art galleries, shopping, downtown CDA. There are many things to see and do ~ concerts in the park, boat and jet ski rentals, seaplane rides, snow skiing at one of our local ski resorts

Oversized tub/shower, quartz countertops, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, & Keurig coffee maker. Separated private entrance & patio w self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only 1 shared wall is with my Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach & downtown.
