Coconut Grove, Miami: soggiorni in alloggi con caminetto

This is a lovely old home on a beautiful street. It's full of old-style furnishings and decor and definitely has charm. There is only one bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms, and one downstairs for the first floor bedroom and common areas. It's on the safer end of Calle Ocho, which is just a couple blocks away. It's far away enough that it's quiet at night, but still only a quick walk. Note that it's on the flight path for the airport. The noise wasn't too noticeable inside the house and the planes stop at night. Marguerita was responsive and attentive. We enjoyed our stay!

Natasha & Michael’s place was absolutely beautiful all round ! Definitely recommend anyone to stay there. I love everything about the house no complaints only thing is I wish I stood more days there!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect — quiet, but still close to everything. We especially loved the small terrace with the string lights — it was so cozy and charming in the evenings. Communication with Cali was easy and friendly. We felt completely at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend even though we are not far from Miami we wanted to stay the night somewhere to have a girls night out. Charciette’s place felt very homie,cozy and comfortable for my friends and I. We really enjoyed the vintage yet modern design in the house! Very clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable! I highly recommend this stay, please enjoy!

Diese Unterkunft ist etwas ganz besonderes! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut vollständig mit allem was ein Zuhause bietet. Es war perfekt sauber und die Lage ist wunderschön mit einem Garten in dem man wunderbar verweilen und sich erholen kann. Es gibt Leguane, Schildkröten, verschiedene Vögel und diverse andere Tiere zu beobachten. Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und genoßen dieses kleine Paradies. Ein Auto ist unerlässlich um sich in Miami von dort zu bewegen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and right on the beach. The pool was peaceful and enjoyable. The host provided towels beach chairs and an umbrella. Cafe with many food and drink options located in building was very convenient. Several breakfast/lunch places directly across the street. Mrs. Liliana was incredibly helpful and attentive to all needs. Overall this airbnb was the perfect stay for 4 college girls

A wide variety of restaurants very nearby, as are a couple of small parks. Having parking is always a plus, inside is even better. We unloaded close to the elevator, then parked. The unit was spacious and perfect for us.

Carmen and Ben’s listing was phenomenal. They came at such a great time as i needed a last minute place and they were able to provide hours within arrival. The place was private but super close to everything needed in south Florida and Miami in general. Absolutely loved the experience and will definitely book again. Thanks again Carmen and Ben!

We had a great stay here! The pictures look exactly like how it is. Place is VERY VERY clean. Beds are comfy and so are pillows. They had so many extra towels etc to accomodate my family of 5 for the entire 4 nights we didnt need to call for anyone or anything! They were so responsive to our questions and very easy directions to follow to get inside. Place is locked down like fort knox you feel very safe!!!! Lots to do and walk to etc. We would stay again 100%

I cannot say enough positive things about Pascal and Jacomina’s Miami pool oasis! We had 7 of us there for my bachelorette and we all slept comfortably. They helped my maid of honor with the decorations, and even stopped by to say hello and introduce themselves! We had everything we needed which was great too. The backyard is a dream! Highly recommend booking this place!

We loved this place! We had a total of 9 girls for a family trip. Everyone was comfortable and really enjoyed this home! Host was very accommodating and great with communication.

When I arrived, it was dark. I finally located the entry and lockbox, but had I not had a flashlight packed, I would have been in deep trouble. Therefore, I would like to suggest a motion light be installed for just such nighttime arrivals. The recessed entry way picks up no light from the parking lot, it made it difficult to get to the keys and it was only 8:00 PM. I love the location on the lake, it's very calming. Parking is good. The house could definitely use some more lighting, it tends to be dark.

Extremely satisfied and grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at Alejandro’s place. He was delightful the entire time & even called before my visit to see if my children needed anything in addition to what was already offered. 10/10 would recommend and would be glad to stay again in the future.

WOW! What a great place to stay in Miami! Rick's place was just what the doctor ordered. The family was in town for a birthday celebration, and everything we needed for a fantastic getaway was right at our fingertips. Games, activities and beautiful outdoor space, right at the house. A well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms and lovely living space rounded out the experience, everyone in our party was extremely satisfied. Rick is an awesome communicator, he got back to me with any questions I had and was extremely accommodating. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to the Miami area.
